Communication was spotty the first week (maybe my project got lost in the queue?), but once Alex took over, things moved fast. The final manuscript was chef’s kiss, just wish the kickoff had been smoother.
My old site looked straight out of 2005. I sent AMZ Book Hub a Pinterest board of vague inspo, and they somehow built exactly what I wanted. Now I send people there without cringing. Miracle workers.
The ghostwriting and formatting were spot on, but I experienced a slight delay during the publishing phase. Customer support was polite and responsive though, especially Mike. He made sure things got back on track quickly. I’d still recommend them.
Wrote a kids’ book in memory of my dad. The illustrator captured his smile perfectly, and when my mom saw it, she sobbed (happy tears, promise). More than a service, they cared about the story.
