Zero Customer Service
Purchased a Xmas present for my dad. Due to a design flaw much of the text is not legible on a dark t-shirt. Tried repeatedly to contact a person with no results. Suspect that all inquires go through a Bot because regardless of the inquiry I get the EXACT response verbatim. Customer is nothing but a credit card # so has no value beyond that. I could accept that they can not do anything for me if only I felt like I was being heard. Automated responses do not make a customer feel heard.T-shirts are great quality. Website is very annoying. Do not need to scroll through each breed before getting to next design but that is okay since I will never order a tee from them again.

This was my 2nd time ordering. This time I ordered a t-shirt and a sweat shirt. The quality is great. Sizes are true with no shrinkage. The printing seems dyed in, not a rubber iron on and doesn't fade when washed. I love the pic... looks just like my baby !

Order never arrived, site falsely states 100% printed in the USA, yet it is coming from the Netherlands. Customer service can only chat and refused refund only reprint, which is useless it will never arrive before Halloween. Will never order from here again,

The graphics and printing are excellent…
The graphics and printing are excellent however, the t shirt material is not so much. Animal world T should use a better quality t shirt such as Gildan or Sam’ Club Members Mark. The brand they currently use is too thin and wears more quickly. Just my opinion.
