All your staff members are good then I'm giving (Jennifer Barrett) and (Kevin Sanchez) a million stars they are the best, very humble, respectful, diligent, they took their time to make sure they resolve every complain from customer in fact I wish they are my staffs I will keep saying these about them over and over again.

We had a horrible experience where we…

We had a horrible experience where we got thousands of dollars of overage charges without warning or notification. We hadn't expected any overages, and the company was unwilling to refund anything. We tried to work with them to avoid the root cause of the overages which was a poorly set up call flow where the agents were spending time talking with the equivalent of solicitors. To make matters worse, we received many customer complaints about the experience. This led to enabling the call recording feature, which helped us see just how bad it was. Eventually, we decided the best option was to use OpenPhone and have a clear menu for users. This will send callers to voicemail, but it's a much better experience than sitting for 2-3 minutes with an agent only to be routed to voicemail.At the root of it all is that the agents don't know your business or region and can't have meaningful conversations with callers. This leads to frustrating interactions. Combined with thousands of dollars in unexpected overage charges due to no monitoring or notification system, and an unwillingness to help us with those costs, I can't recommend this company.

This is the 3rd email and you have not…

This is the 3rd email and you have not replied. 2 yesterday about issues with the service this weekend (see emails below) and then another issue last night. This is NOT a good start to us being a customer less than a week! Last night we had a driver call our regular number at 9 PM CST. The phones SHOULD have been transferred to a dispatchers cell phone but no call came to his cell phone. The driver then called the dispatchers cell phone and told him that the call never got transferred AND that the driver got a message something like “the answering service is not available or something like that”. These issues need to get resolved TODAY. I will be in meetings from 9:30 to 2 PM CST today. We did not receive any emails from calls this weekend. Were there no calls? A driver called one of our dispatchers on the dispatchers cell phone around 8 PM on Saturday night. He said he called the office number but no one answered. Now it could have been that he hung up before the phone rang the number of times before the call was transferred. How many rings is our account set up at?

Friendly agents and great solution if…

Friendly agents and great solution if you do NOT need an immediate live agent answering the phone. Be aware that even with spam protection you will get 1 minute calls that had no agent answer either because people hung up or because their spam protection requires the caller to press 1 for a live agent. Also, great support folks. Too bad they do not have an option for a call to go direct to a live agent.
