Customer Service was great! Very responsive and answered any and all questions I had. The cabinet bed itself is beautiful, and we are very happy with the design. We had a slight hiccup with the mattress cover, but Archic handled it professionally, and sent us an immediate replacement. Very happy customer!
The twin Murphy bed arrived on time and in very good condition. My 13 year old and I put it together in about 20 mins. Very easy! Only con is the zipper on the mattress cover is not well made and broke. I bought a cover online and fits well.
The Murphy cabinet is beautiful. Just like the pictures. We just had it delivered so we have not finished getting it put together or sleeping on it but it looks like it is built nicely.
The bunk beds we purchased were well made and are beautiful and the offering of a white glove service to deliver and assemble was welcomed. However, it became apparent that the dispatching of the service to assemble and deliver wasn't well thought out. The delivery came on a Friday and the driver had a full truck and full day and could not stay to assemble so they had to send a second crew a couple days later to put together the bed. The second crew also had a full truck and was here until after 9:00 at night assembling the bed. They did the best they could but the planning and dispatching of those services could have been better and planned as advertised for delivery and assembly on the same day and at a reasonable time for their crew and customer.
Archic Furniture was wonderful to work with. I used Shop at checkout, which auto-filled some incorrect information and when I reached out to support, they responded and confirmed everything was updated on their end almost immediately! We also opted for full service delivery which went smoothly and quickly! Archic checked in throughout the shipping progress and the whole process from purchase to delivery was within 10 days. We love our cabinet bed and our first guest already agrees!
The ordering of the bed cabinet was very easy. Rob delivered it in front of our door which was perfect for us. The box was in perfect condition. The cabinet was wrapped more thorough than any other item I have purchased. Love the cabinet bed

Our swing frame was delivered on time and well packaged with no damage and a very courteous driver. Assembly was straight forward with easy to follow instructions. The frame is heavy weight and stable with the swing attached. Very pleased with this product.
The customer service group was with me from order through delivery. I had a tight schedule and it worked out great.The set up crew was amazing. The white glove set up was worth every penny!!!I love how the Ranchero cabinet bed looks in the room. It is just perfect!

This was a very smooth experience. I had some questions about the product and they were answered quickly. The team was very friendly and helpful. It arrived in no time and was a fluid process with the shipping company. I love the product. It went together easily, is sturdy and comfortable.

I chose to purchase from this company because they promised me a discount that included two "luxury pillows at a $49.99" value. The pillows did not ship with the bed delivery and when I was finally able to track them down they were the cheapest possible pillows from Walmart at a value of about $6.50 for both. When I asked about the discrepancy I was told the value was inclusive of things like handling/shipping/etc. Feels like you pay more and get less than promised with this company.
We ordered a basic cabinet Murphy bed with the mattress. The item arrived quickly, professionally packed and delivered. The cabinet bed is very well made and was easy to assemble. Our guests tells us the mattress is very comfortable.
The instructions were easy to follow, but the youtube links to build the bed weren’t much help. Parts were all in good shape, and I have no complaints about the quality of the wood. The $200 tri-fold mattress add-on is also comfortable, although there are probably better options elsewhere. I just got it because of convenience.
I purchased the Night and Day Cube cabinet. After researching many options online, this seemed to be a sturdy option at that price point and it is! Instructions were easy to follow and took about 1.5 hrs by myself to assemble. I had a few questions before and after delivery, and both times, customer service was responsive and helpful.
