Reliable print fulfillment company!
I spent a lot of time researching print fulfillment companies before choosing Artelo, and I’m honestly so glad I did. Their Etsy integration works seamlessly, it’s clear that a lot of thought went into making the setup smooth and user-friendly. Everything just flows, which makes my life so much easier. I love it, and my customers have been really happy too. Their prices are very fair, quality is great. Whenever something goes wrong, they always make sure that the customer is happy in the end. If I had to mention one downside, it would be communication around frames going out of stock. A bit more proactive notice there would be helpful. But overall, I’ve had a really positive experience.

I was initially excited to partner with this print-on-demand company to expand my digital artwork into physical products. The onboarding process was smooth, and early experiences were positive. However, as my order volume increased especially during the holiday season serious operational issues began to surface.Orders were frequently mishandled. Customers received incorrect prints that belonged to other sellers, while some of my customers received the wrong artwork entirely. In multiple cases, items never arrived at all. There were also repeated quality control problems, including incorrect frame types, prints that did not fit properly in frames, broken frames upon delivery, and duplicate prints being sent when customers ordered different designs.These errors created a poor experience for my customers and significantly impacted my business reputation. Unfortunately, customer service did not provide effective or timely resolutions, which made the situation even more frustrating.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to sellers who value reliability, quality control, and strong fulfillment processes.

A Fantastic Print On Demand Service for Fine Art
I did a lot of research on all of the Print on Demand services and they all had pros and cons. And pretty much all of them are tech companies that then contract with printing companies. What's awesome about Artelo is that they do everything in house...all in Kentucky! The quality is top notch, the prices are surprisingly low, and even the timing is good. My order arrived 10 days after I placed it...which for this industry is really good. Great personal service too. Highly recommend!

Best solution i've found to date!
I wanted a solution to help me print art for my daughter's designs. After doing some researching, I found artelo on Google. I was a bit skeptical given I'd never tried their product, but I was convinced by their website.The entire process could not have been smoother.
