Working with Artifex has been great for our family. Jerry is always looking out for what is best for our situation. One of the things we really appreciate is how he always takes the time to make sure we fully understand what is happening and why. If I ever have any questions I always get a response within the same day, which I dont ever really expect to happen. True partners and advisors for life and wealth planning
My wife and I have been with Artifex and Doug Kinsey since 2009. After the recession we wanted to partner with a fiduciary advisor who would listen to our life goals and take the emotion out of investing.We felt Doug truly listened to us and would be there to not only develop a comprehensive plan but also to bounce ideas off of and be there as a true counselor. Doug understands our risk tolerance, life goals and needs and our plan reflects such.Doug has been there through life's ups and downs always providing thoughtful counsel while making any plan changes that are needed.The Artifex budget and financial tools have evolved over the years and now their new tool reflects real time information . My Artifex experience
After my wife and I's initial meeting with Doug and Darren we both knew this was a financial team we wanted to work with. There was no talk of get rich quick schemes, just a long term plan for our financial well being going into our retirememt years. They covered every aspect of our lives, a will for our assets, power of attorney for our health directives, and so much more. We felt like nothing was left out.They made sure we had copies of everything so we could give our grown children a copy so they knew what to expect if something were to happen.On a side note, when my father inlaw passed, they helped my wife through all of the unsettled paperwork that he had left undone. These guys are always willing to meet with you when something comes up and help you make the best decision possible. And last but not least these guys are trustworthy. I actually have a meeting scheduled with Darren to discuss how I am going to take my social security in April. There are several ways to collect it and he wants to go over all of my options so I can make the best decision for my wife and I. If your looking for a financial planner/ life planner, this is the group to call, you will not be disappointed.

My wife Gail and l needed a financial…
My wife Gail and l needed a financial advisor. I was about to retire. I contacted Darren from your Oakwood office. He was very foreright and open describing artifice services and it's fiduciary principles. My wife and l set up meeting with Lex and Darren. We decided to sign on with artifice after interviewing two other financial service companies. We thought Darren and Lex were very professional, and liked how they made us feel comfortable with a very important decision. It is very stressful too choose someone to watch over your life savings. They both were understanding of our concerns. Gail and l were impressed with the approach Darren and Lex utilized to show us how your web design would develop our portfolio. The interpersonal tools designed to determine our risk tolerance and the tools to help us prioritize important personal character factors. This communication between Gail and myself goings through these exercises was very insightful. We also gained trust in Darren and Lex and the artifex approach in developing our portfolio. Raving Fan of Artifex
My wife and I have been clients of Doug and Artifex for many years. Doug and Artifex have been with us as the seasons have changed in our lives; making sure we had enough life insurance; making sure there were funds for college; and now making sure our financial goals align with our retirement plans. Not only are Doug and the entire Artifex team a pleasure to work with, they are now using a tool (FinLife Guide Center) that has taken our financial planning to the next level. Doug and his staff walked us through a series of questions to help us better understand our needs and wants in retirement; our tolerance for risk; and provide a real time gauge of how our results compare to our expectations. The tool allows us to see our returns and net worth in real time and can be used to easily make adjustments as needed. It is reassuring to my wife and me that Doug and Artifex invest in tools that allow us to have piece of mind. They are a well run financial institution with best in class customer service (investments, taxes, financial, etc...) who has delivered a top notch investment strategy for us.
