Artisan did what they said they would!
Artisan did what they said they would! Once set up, the leads rolled in. The customer service was great, especially Alan. Ava learned as we went along and cant wait for her 2.0!

Early stages - but we like what we see so far.
We are early stages with Artisan, however the platform seems very intuitive, and it should solve several challenges we have related to effectively scaling our personalized outbound efforts.

Fantastic customer support experience
We have been working with Artisan for around half a year and have been very impressed with the tool's ability to perform research and organize outreach at scale. This is a great option for organizations looking to drive traffic. I have been particularly pleased by Artisan's customer support and account management team - they genuinely want to see their customers succeed!

Artisan is THE leader in cold email outreach that lands in your customers' inboxes and gets replies. We are getting over 1% reply rate and this channel is opening doors with large brands we didn't have any connections with previously. Highly recommended, also ask for Robert in their technical team - super helpful!

Where do I begin...we've been here for three years plus and plan on staying here for the duration! Concerning the staff here, let me single out the two maintenance managers, Alan and Horacio! Artisan drastically increased our ability to run various large campaigns by many multiples. It crafted email sequences based on the key pain points we address and our CTAs. It could also be trained to ensure emails were going out as desired and customer support was always very quick the address problems- the in-app chat helped.
