Aubrey Organics - not the same as it was
Aubrey Organics was founded in 1967 by Aubrey Hampton, a PH.D Biochemist and one of the first, cruelty-free organic personal care lines made without harmful ingredients.I started using the products back in 1989, and at that time Aubrey's full product line was at every heath food store. The products were considered, in my opinion, an organic luxary brand; carefully crafted, with a thick and luxurious consistency. From what I understand they were made in small batches with superior quality control.Aubrey Organics was aquired by Nutraceutical International Corp in 2016. A huge company that owns many other brands. Aubrey Organics is no longer the independent skin care company it once was when Aubrey Hampton owned the company.Some product formulations have changed with noticably thinner consistency. For example, the Almond and Collagen lotion went from a thick, rich, luxurious consistency similar to soft butter or a milk shake; to now a much watered-down weaker and cheaper looking consistency. Consequently, not all health food stores now carry Aubrey Organics.

Cleanser bottle extremely hard to use …
Cleanser bottle extremely hard to use -- must have turned pump thingy 50+ times to try to activate. Finally had to take off entire cap and pound facial cleanser into my hand to use.

best product in USA
Oh my gosh! Was so happy to find Aubrey Organics still alive and well...Am 85 and have used your fabulous products since I was in my 30's but they began disappearing in Illinois and Indiana where I now live so just using last bit of hair spray and got on line and there you are...I so remember the orange blossom soap and shampoo...my very favorite forever but it left long ago but will be ordering again!

Good product/Bad packaging
I ordered some ladies shave cream and the Organic Aloe. The shave cream is ok. It's very thick and kind of gets stuck in my razor, but smells awesome and leaves silky skin. The Aloe is AMAZING. I use it as moisturizer and it's the only thing I've ever found that leaves my skin felling balanced and refreshed. I am going to be ordering more so I can give it as gifts and have back up! The main thing I was not impressed with was the packaging. Aubrey is an all natural/organic company, and from the website, seems classy and neat. My products were not wrapped in any way, just thrown in the bottom of a HUGE box, with some crumpled paper and a crumpled packing list. In the end, I'm happy with the products, but the presentation just looked like they didn't care.

I like the new formula hairspray, but the spray top keeps sticking.
I used the original formula hairspray regular hold for many years. It's the only brand I ever liked. It always smelled good and didn't make my hair feel sticky even in hot humid weather. I received my order of the new formula two days ago. I also like the new fragrance and it holds my hair without feeling heavy or sticky. The spray nozzle, however, does not work properly. It keeps sticking while I am spraying my hair. I had saved a couple of the old empty bottles so I put one of those spray tops on the new bottle and it works fine.

My hair is usually frizzy even if I use the best. But this product is the best. It left my hair looking great on a humid day.

So Far, So Good!
Just received my Aubrey Organics swimmers shampoo and conditioner. I love that the products consist of all natural ingredients and that information was listed on the the product description. This was a huge factor for me in deciding to try this shampoo and conditioner. I have been using these for about a week now and I like how clean my hair seems after swimming, then shampooing. I like the conditioner too, but, my hair is still a bit dried out... we'll see how it goes on a longer trial. The fragrance of both products is quite nice, especially the shampoo.

Best cleansing ever!
I have dry skin and most face cleansing " masks" are NOT for people with dry skin. Your product is the BEST. Does not dry out my skin, and provides a great cleansing. Took me years to find such a great product. Thank you!

Was disappointed in what I actually received in my package.
I ordered two items that I actually wanted and needed and no where during the ordering process did I see that the items were out of stock. I ordered two additional smaller items just to get free shipping and was very disappointed that only those items were shipped. I had to reach out to the company to find out where the items I actually needed were. I would have not ordered at all if I would have known that the items were out of stock. I feel like it was a waste of my time.

So many complaints about changes to their products
I used to use Aubrey products many years ago and stopped because they had made some changes to one of the lotions and to some of the shampoos I used to use, and the changes were definitely not for the better. I thought I would see how their products were now and I read so many negative reviews about how they had changed quite a few of their products for the worse, that I decided to not purchase anything and continue to look elsewhere. Why can't they just leave a good thing alone?

Customer Service is Severely Lacking
I placed my order on a Friday morning. The Tuesday following, I called because I had not received any update / email saying it was shipped. I called the customer service department and they confirmed it was not shipped out, but it would be shipping no later than Wednesday. A FULL WEEK LATER I am sitting here, trying to contact the customer service department again for that past 2 days. Nothing has shipped and now I cant even get someone on the phone to find out what is happening. It should NOT take 2 weeks to ship something out if you have it in stock. I will never order from them again. Such a bad experience.

On Back Order?
The day after placing my order, I received a call from Aubrey Organics. The female rep advised that my items were on "back order". Interesting. She was about to end the call when I realized she had not given me any further info, like when I might expect to receive my order, etc., so I asked "When will it be back in stock?". "In a week" she replied. It's been over a week and no update, via phone or email.

Excellent products because they use all natural, non-harmful ingredients.
I purchased Aubrey's Shampoo and Conditioner and I think they are terrific! I wish I had heard about Aubrey products 40 years ago --- I would have started using them then. Thanks, Aubrey, for your efforts to protect the Earth's resources and make life better for everyone who uses your products.

Great Product and Service
Product came SUPER FAST! I wasn't even ready for it :-). It surprised me when it cam in the mail. I already knew for the most part the product would be good cause I've used Aubrey before but this is more of a review for the company because the service was great, and price not too shabby either.

Old Product Better
As a long term user of Aubrey B-5 Design Gel, I was very disappointed when Aubrey stopped making the product. I find that Chia Hair Gel with Vitamin B-5 O.K., but the other product was better. The Chia Hair Gel is a lighter gel and doesn't make my hair as dark, but the old product holds my hair better in summer weather better.

bad experience
Keep messing up with my billing and shipping address. Shipped my package to my billing address. I didn't even receive my order and the customer service was bad. Not even a refund.

Aubrey is the best!
Aubrey has wonderful products! I love their swimmers shampoo, deep conditioners, face wash, shaving cream and deodorant. Also I just tried their deep conditioner mask and it's excellent. So is the hair serum. I always check the EWG ratings with "think dirty, shop clean" app and aubrey surpasses the majority of organic products on the safe and health ratings. I have used aubrey for a number of years and so far, I continue to be very happy with their products. Thanks aubrey!

Love the Products
I love the products and trust their purity but I am so disappointed that I can no longer get a lot of them (make-up, spa line, liquid soap, spritzers). I may have to get an account elsewhere to find the products I need.
