Disappointing experience.
My experience with Audiomack as an artist has been extremely disappointing, particularly as someone who is new to music distribution.I recently created an artist account after my distributor, DistroKid, uploaded two tracks to the platform. These tracks were scheduled releases and therefore not yet public. However, shortly after the upload, both songs were immediately suspended.Since I had just started using the platform and encountered issues right away, I decided that I no longer wished to maintain the account. I contacted support and requested that the account be deleted. Their response was the following:"This profile contains distributor-delivered releases, which we’re not authorized to delete. You’ll need to contact your distribution partner directly to request a takedown and ask them to send the request to.................... for processing."I also asked for clarification regarding the reason my songs had been suspended. The reply I received was:"Music removal on Audiomack generally happens due to two reasons:Copyright Infringement: This occurs when music is uploaded without proper rights or authorization from copyright holders.Artificial Inflation of Streaming Numbers: This happens when attempts are made to manipulate play counts artificially, violating Audiomack's Terms of Service.To resolve this: Check your email for a message from................... . Reply with your account URL and the missing song's title. Explain your ownership and request assistance in restoring it."This explanation raised serious concerns for me and I got pretty annoyed and angry. I responded with the following clarification:"Well, that is really weird then.I have a PAID Suno Premier plan. I have THE RIGHTS to use and distribute the songs for commercial use. Also the song is not only generated but arranged edited in Studio AND mastered in BANDLAB, wich is also PAID and expires in December 2026. See added PDF files and screenshots. The songs are uploaded by my DISTRIBUTOR Distrokid. They are suspended immediately and not even played yet! How does artificial streaming even work?????? I just started I am completely new to this!!!!!! I wanted the account DELETED. So no need to "restore" the songs! Just delete the entire account. This is not fun!! I will contact Distrokid about this!!! SEE ADDED FILES. Delete account ................ Thank you."Eventually, Audiomack confirmed that the account had been deleted.This outcome raises further questions, since earlier I was told that deleting the account was not possible due to distributor-delivered releases. However, the account was ultimately removed without issue.As a new artist just beginning to distribute music, having two unreleased tracks immediately flagged for copyright infringement or artificial streaming—despite never being public or played—was a frustrating and confusing experience. Additionally, no request was made to review my licenses or documentation before the suspension occurred.Overall, this experience has left a very negative impression and has significantly reduced my confidence in the platform. I don't plan ever coming back. Stay away artists.

Edit: I just discovered an amazing feature on Audiomack's platform that gave my release 600+ streams in a few hours! Audiomack enables artist to boost their songs, where you pay a certain amount with a guaranteed number of streams attached to it. I chose $6, to which they estimated my song would receive 200-300 streams. Luckily, I got twice that! Additionally, my track already has 1 like and has been added to a playlist. I will use this feature in the future. Highly recommend Audiomack to anyone who wants to get heard!

Pros and Cons (my experience)
Pros: good thing is that Audiomack offers unlimited uploads for free, which is important for self-supporting artists. They also gave me a verified artist mark, which is also excellent. Cons: I tried to apply for AMP (monetization program) and they just suspended my account based on unproved and false accusation of ˝suspicious activities˝, although there are no such activities from my part. I am ASCAP-registered artist (label DominaPetra) and my music is also registered at EU copyright office. Therefore, it seems that when it comes to AMP, Audiomack is unfortunately not a good option for independent and self-supporting artists. I mailed them and I also sent them my ASCAP-catalogue so they can see that everything is legal from my part, but I just got a generic (probably chat bot or AI-generated) response that was not useful.

I like Audiomack.I listen to Nasheeds on Audiomakc so i cant say anything to something else but for Nasheeds its ok.I cant speak or read arabic so i cant see the difference between tracks. Maybe show Length in Preview so i can differentiate between tracks in the same album?(cause everything has the same picture)i instantly did go for premium, i cant say anything to offline ads or something, i was instantly pissed off of the ads when i be 100% honest.Could be cheaper imho!

Scamming main label and indie artists. Promise to monetize their plays when they reach certain amount of followers and plays then declines them without any concern or respect. Talking of rights. First Christmas albums songs are public domain as long as artist creates them any songs beats are licensed or mixed or mashedup. If this is the case then taylor swift and mariah carey songs should not be monetized. They act like employers bossing artists when they are a service it is against FTC laws. and clearly stealing hard earned money from artists who struggle and need it. They need to honor their agreement and apologize with back pay to artists they did this to.
