Audiopro bad devices
After purchasing several devices for a multiroom system, an A10 stopped working properly after 3 years (knowing that it's wall-mounted high up with no easy manual access, so under normal use). For a €300 speaker, I thought it would last longer (I have no-name speakers that still work perfectly after more than 10 years!). After contacting customer service, they offered me... nothing! Except a measly discount (which appears on their website every two months), explaining that the repair would be too expensive, so I'm done with Audiopro. I wanted an alternative to Sonos or similar brands, and I'm very disappointed. I understand that breakdowns happen, but I don't want adequate customer service. That's the end of my Audiopro story, and I'll be spreading the word.

A10 MKII doesn't work after the last update - DON'T buy from this company
I bought 2 A10 MKII in May 2025. They worked well till today. I was looking at adding a couple of other speakers, so realised that they changed software, but according to the statement on their website, the old ones will work with less features. Fine. Little did I know that they will completely stop working and even though I tried to reset them, re-install on both, the legacy and the new app, they just don't work. So 500€ later, I had 2 speakers for 8 months ... shocking and absolutely disappointing.

NOTHING WORKS
Spent over a grand on AP products and not a single one connects any longer. The app is a joke. The new one's worse. They honestly don't know their arse from a swedish meatball. Wish I'd never been persuaded off Sonos.

I bought two C3 speakers
UPDATE after several weeks they responded helpfully. It turns out that non connection can be resolved by changing the DNS setting from auto in Settings. Their on line manual doesn't mention that.I bought two C3 speakers. They worked ok at first though with the typical connection problems. Some two years on, they refuse to connect to wi-fi thus nullifying several of their vaunted benefits, plus they're hit and miss with bluetooth. Customer services should get a medal for ignoring my pleas for help. Once they have your money they're happy.

The Audio Pro Drumfire D-1 sounds good when it works. But it is now the second time in one year time it has broke and is fully unfunctional.During last repair they the amplifier unit was faulty. Not happy at all.

D-1 leather cover
All of my 3 D-1 speakers' leather covers have peeled off. Large pieces are falling off and look very bad today. This was thought to be a very minor impact. The quality of the leather around the speaker is of very poor quality and the company takes no responsibility for this. I recommend speakers from other suppliers instead.

But turned out there was nothing to worry about. I cancelled an online purchase before it despatched. Had read these appalling reviews and got worried about my refund. But two anxious emails later and within a week.was fully refunded. Thank you Jennifer

What an awful cheap product bought 3 speakers, 2 needed to be repaired under warranty and the APP (don't bother, it just stresses you out with connectivity issues), then again for the second time this morning the Drumfire control unit stopped working again. This speaker adds so much stress it can ruin your love for music. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID I want my money back

Impossible to connect to WiFi. I tried every which way to do it but to no avail. The speakers are full of bugs and the app is useless. Customer service no help at all. A waste of time and money. Do not buy these speakers. They’re useless. AVOID.

Do not buy the Audio Pro G10 / Bad customer service
I bought an Audio Pro G10. While I was initially very happy with the sound quality, the software issues very quickly started to be annoying. Then they became unbearable: - the speaker changing input mode randomly - speaker randomly turning on making a loud noise (at night too) - AirPlay working only when the speaker wants (and disconnecting randomly)I tried to contact customer service, but they don't really care. They just blame Google for the software issues, and say that the problems are not a "defect" and refuse to take it back under warranty.I'd avoid this brand at all costs in the future (despite the good sound quality).

Outstanding customer service. I received a C3 that did not hold its charge. I contacted Audio Pro and within a few days they had sent a new battery free of charge. Extremely impressed.

I've had four multi room speakers for…
I've had four multi room speakers for over a year. When they all work they're great but they continually fail, trip out or need resetting. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. Atm I've lost a speaker and whatever I try it won't work. Totally frustrating product not fit for purpose. After over a year battling with this stuff I give up.

Terrible customer service. If you buy something from this company, have any technical difficulties you're on your own. I wouldn't bother trying to contact them for help. My advice, look for an alternative product with customer support.
