No star would be better. Long story story the website order platform is crap. It tells you to put your physical address in the COMMENT section if your billing address is a P.O. Box. Ordered-- failed at bank--a Corporate Bank card I am a company of 27 yeas and my card could charge a house. So I call the bank--they said the CO entered incorrect information causing the kickback. Tried again it wouldn't work, contacted the company by e-mail (no phone number available) and I get back a broken English response saying the card is no good. I then repeat the email with a detailed account of my issue--and I get back "you can't help anything". I mean are you kidding me?! What does that mean? If the rest of the company is like Customer service--God help them.
