Good experience
We were able to try out mattresses and toppers in store. The salesman was helpful but not pushy. We fell in love with a wool topper in the store and ordered it online. We were notified of a delivery date a few days later, and it was delivered today without incident. We're excited for sleeping on a wooly cloud tonight.

BEST Prices EXCELLENT Service
I found Austin Natural Mattresses has the “BEST PRICES overall” when comparing like items from several other sources! I experienced EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE both in person visiting the showroom store, and PROMPT ASSISTANCE on the phone to help me with my online order. It is hard to find quality natural bedding and I am very glad to have found this store in my area!!

Great online and in store experience
Last weekend, I went into an Austin Natural Mattress store and tried several mattresses. I'm vegan and the sales person pointed out several vegan mattresses to try. I was happy with all of the mattresses and couldn't make up my mind right then on which mattress to buy. I came home, slept on it a few days, and then went online to buy the mattress I had settled on. It was very straightforward to find the mattress I wanted and to purchase it. Overall, it was a great combination of an in-store and online experience.

Great deal on organic Sleep and Beyond…
Great deal on organic Sleep and Beyond sheet sets. Easy to order from the leisure of my chair and computer. These sheets are ever so soft and free of all those stinky chemicals. We will sleep serenely. Thanks Austin Natural Mattress for making it easy!!!
