Do it yourself or use Fivver to get someone to help you. These people pay 4 times a year, Amazon pays monthly. These company keeps almost everything, You will earn zero and have zero control of your book. They even give you the worst author copy pricing and they make money form that too. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
