I was super stuck on a job, customer was angry. They had missing trims that I just could not track down. A lot of trial and error, until I found these guys. Very, very helpful ! Their youtbe channel is awesome too!
Rip off of a company, rude coustomer support. They will overcharge on shipping for something that weighs under an ounce $20 plus they send not full order and will not refund .

Called needing help to find the right weatherstripping for some commercial doors. Derek answered and was extremely knowledgeable. Sent him a few photos and he immediately identified what I needed. Derek has been on of the best person to work with and very knowledgeable in his field not only did help me get the right part I need but help me trouble shoot some other issue I was having on my door which I have hired professional door company to come look at it and they were not able to fix the problem . Gary is a great guy to work with. He is pretty knowledgeable about sliding doors and always goes above and beyond to get the problem solved. As of now he helped me 3 times and all 3 times I do exact what he recommends me and problems are solved. Highly recommend.
