terrible technology -wasting my time…
terrible technology -wasting my time trying to get into their app or the website to give them a document THEY ASKED FOR but cannot give them as it bounces you out with run around emails and then errors you out - garbage

The person I talked to on the phone was Francesco and they were so nice and welcoming it felt like I was talking to a friend more than someone just doing their job. I could feel they love doing what they do and they are amazing at it going above and beyond just answering my question. I usually hate talking on the phone but I was very pleased with this one

Mortgage Meeting
When we were having confusion with our mortgage company over payments, Ryan M. facilitated a call to them with us. He asked questions that clarified the situation, and advocated for us. We no longer were confused or being bounced around by the mortgage company. He was wonderful!
