Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. The driver arrived for pickup but could not fit the vehicle on the trailer. Instead of clearly communicating the situation and properly updating the customer, the load was canceled.The issue was not the delay — delays happen in transportation. The real problem was the lack of communication and customer service. It felt like they did not know how to properly handle or explain the situation to the customer.
