One star because it can’t be zero. Their costumer service is trash. You hire them to move your car and they are very fast to take your money and have everything “ready” for you. Then the set day comes and the go silent. No communication whatsoever regarding the driver the pick time frame or even a delay.
No stars if possible. They do nothing but harass. Rude people. Call countless times a day half of the time they hang up on you. But there sells tactic is to harass the hell out of you.spoke to manager asked them not to call anymore hang up then they call in ten minutes. Therefore I would absolutely never use them!
This company sought me out and swore up and down that they are a legitimate company that doesn't scam people. Guess what? They scheduled our service, lied about having a driver to pick up our car, gave us a date and time, never called to update us, never showed up. Left us stranded. When I called all of their phone numbers, most did not work and were suddenly disconnected. The one that did work the woman l'd been speaking to says I don't have any paperwork or knowledge of who you are. I have a contract with their information that says otherwise. She let me know that they never intended to follow through with the contracted appointment after admitting she lied about not knowing who I am and having no knowledge of who I am. Thanks for the scam Jessica and Angela.Lying scamming sack artists. If this happens to you, report them to the DOT like I did
Unfair. Books a load then cancels it because they found someone cheaper.
All because I didn't want their services Victor the seller wants to call me broke. What's crazy is I found a company that does the same exact thing they do but cheaper. I told Victor that I'd pass the offer of paying $600 to tow my vehicle and the mfr told me well drive it. Umm if I could drive it I would have a**hole. It's just funny how he was upset that I said no. Just move on to the next customer. Do you know this man tried calling me to harass me. He needs to be fired. Very unprofessional and over charging people ridiculous amount of money. I want to say to Victory and the company Yall are trash. Especially the number I called to report him too couldn't even help because they are protecting each other. Smh
Jorge stems did a great job for me and my family we was worried at first because it was our first time transporting a car from coast to coast but Jorge took care of us and made everything go Smooth and always gave us information about everything I will highly recommend this company and specially Jorge stems
I had an extremely unprofessional experience with this company. After receiving a quote from American Auto Transport, I reviewed their contract and had legitimate concerns about the non-refundable deposit, broker role misrepresentation, and lack of consumer protections. When I asked for time to consult with family members and a trusted broker before moving forward, I was met with rude, aggressive, and inappropriate text messages, including being told I “wasted their time” and being cursed at — simply for asking questions.I was told verbally that they were a carrier, but the contract clearly states they are a broker. The contract also states the deposit is non-refundable once a driver is “assigned,” even if that driver fails to show — which raises serious red flags.I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking transparent, respectful, or professional service. There are plenty of other brokers and carriers who will treat you like a customer, not an inconvenience.Mind you, this was to transport our deceased fathers vehicle.
Most unprofessional company out there! Stay clear of this one !!! They won’t stop harassing you and even cuss you out when you request emails and calls stop!

Dealt with Yandy Salinas and he was very quick to communicate at first then before I signed anything agreement he asked for my credit card number and since I had everything in texts I thought it would be fine but the moment he had that information all communication stopped and there were problems with the agreement that I wanted clarified but he ghosted me had to turn my cc off and have a new one sent just to be sure he wasnt able to steal from me. DO NOT USED THIS COMPANY.
These people call trying to ship made-up vehicles. Then they call you harassing you.
Took my deposit. Called numerous of times to no avail. Can't reach anyone. Total scam, I guess the company went of business and now Jorge is stealing the customers money. This company is also third party, you pay them to find a company to transport your vehicle. SCAM ALERT, FIND ANOTHER COMPANY.
Very bad experience with this company. Jorge who told would ship my 2 cars for $2500, for the first car charged $1550, and then absconded without shipping the second car. Would not pick up my call or send a response to my messages.
Do not use this company! Following signing a contract and paying a deposit, they did not contact me at all for over a week. I would contact them and they’d try to assure me the pickup was arranged without giving me specifics. Long story short they lied to me continually, my requested pick up changed without notice and total cost changed after pick up.
Can’t trust this company. All arrangements made no driver called for pick up as promised. Left waiting with a flight to catch. Do not trust what you’re told. Federal Trade commission should be made aware of these poor practices.
The dispatcher said when the driver would be here and he was The hauler was very professional. Took pictures and carefully put the truck on the hauler. We did not pay until the driver was here and the dispatcher accepted our method.
These M0r0ns don't mind harassing with spam calls and messages... After repeated complaints, they still dont care and keep harassing with messages at all times... And when you call to ask them to remove your number from automated messages, they hang up immediately when they hear the words 'remove my number'... good luck if you share your number with them...
Great price, on time. Was able to communicate with the driver through out the process. Va to TX, 4 days. I highly recommend this transport service
I have used American Auto Transport as my car transporter from Florida to New England on several occasions. I have always found them to be extremely reliable. I have never changed my car transporter as I’ve found them to be the best.
I had my car shipped from New Jersey to Las Vegas and American Auto transport executed the shipment flawlessly. My car arrived on time and in good condition. The driver was very flexible and maintained constant communication. I give this company five stars zero complaints from this customer.
