EMBARRASSING!!!! I was mortified when my coworker got the flowers I sent. Roses were wilted, flowers were missing. Looked NOTHING like what I ordered.

Professional and perfect execution

I live in indiana and my best friend lives in port saint lucie. I trusted Avas to get her beautiful flowers, same day, on her birthday and could not have been more pleased. Placed my order in the morning and she had them by the afternoon! :)

scam service
scam service, offering coupons and then adding hidden fees! It essentially doubled the price of the order. I wouldn't waste my time ordering again! By the time I noticed and because its same day, no cancellation. This has to be integral to their business model. yuck

BAIT AND SWITCH!
BAIT AND SWITCH!I ordered a planter for family for their new home purchase. Ordered on 2/27 & it was delivered on the 28th. The planter I ordered was to match (size) the picture displayed. My take is a medium size planter which was a mix of greenery and flowering greenery. What was delivered, something 1/2 the size and 1/2 the plants & no flowering plants. (that was not a deal breaker) I immediately called when I saw a picture of what was delivered. I was told by c/s that they would reach out to the local florist. c/s said they would have another planter sent back out that day or possibly the next 3/1. Nothing was delivered that day or the next. called 2x's on 3/2 with no return call & no way to get a live person w/o going through their call screening process. Also no new delivery. Called on 3/3 & finally received a call back. I was told by c/s that they talked to the florist & was told they delivered what was ordered. I offered pictures to c/s to show I did not get what I paid for. They declined the pictures. Instead, they told me to have the gift recipient take their gift & leave it on their porch & the florist would fix. Yep, the florist took the old planter & delivered a smaller planter only to include the flowering green & like 1 or 2 other plants. I was told from the recipient that it actually looked smaller. I called back only to get a recorded response saying they need more info from me & will add me to the que. This has been since 3/4 & again 3x's on 3/5 & 5x's on 3/6. I have not had a single return call & have pretty much been blocked from speaking to anyone. I requested a refund if they could not make it right, which they did not. But to claim that satisfaction is guaranteed & I am offering proof to show what was delivered is not what they charged me for (which was outrageous to start with). Very unhappy & want them to make it right. Satisfaction is not a guarantee with them and they have found a way to keep you from calling in.

Well I have already completed this once. The flowers were not at all like was pictured and we extremely small after I upgraded the size of the flowers.

Avas Flowers is a scam. I googled what I thought was a local florist in my granddaughter's delivery area, and they came up. I ordered a cute basket of bright-colored flowers for advertised same-day delivery, only to get a text the next morning that same-day delivery was not an option, with other options to choose from for delivery on Saturday. All the options were plants, or assorted flowers, or roses. The lady talked me into an upgrade to two dozen assorted roses wirth chocoalte covered strawberries. I did not really want that but had no other options, and it was worth $129 when I paid $68, so I agreed. Then I get a UPS shipping code. That is when I realized this is not a delivered arrangement. It is a box of flowers with a vase that they have to put together. I was furious. I hate receiving flowers I have to put together. The lady knew this was for a kid. I tried to cancel, and they said it was too late; they could not even though UPS does not show it as received yet. I'm so very angry and feel completly mislead and deceived.— feeling angry.

Flower quality very poor
The flower arrangement that was received looked nothing like I ordered and paid for. The flowers were droopy and carnations and two lilies in the center they looked like they were pulled from the acme dumpster. Very embarrassed someone would think I sent them something like that.

Total ripoff
Ordered flowers online for. Family member. The order was to include a dozen tulips and 6 balloons for just under $150 that included delivery. What I received was hugely disappointing. The bouquet had 6 mums, some greenery, a lily, and one tiny 4”x4” balloon….a far cry from what I ordered. Plus the delivery happened at 7:30PM. Total ripoff and you can rest assured that if you order from them it’ll be. Very negative experience and a bunch of wasted money. Buyer beware!!!!!

It was a big birthday for my mom and I paid for express delivery and it was delivered 2 days late! Not very happy and I got through you guys a lot. Not anymore.

It took the flowers over two weeks to get delivered. I called and was given the run around. I even tried the address given by the company, but I still was given the run around. I am and was disappointed. I have heard of never say never but with your company Avas flowers, I am saying never will I again purchase flowers from your company, and if I could give your company less than a 1 star rating I would.
