Great resources site and perosn on chat was so nice
I was able to setup my own plan with the IRS using the info from backtaxeshelp.com. I only owed 7,000 so it didn't make sense to work with a tax professional directly. The person on chat was very helpful.

Fixed Payroll Tax Issues

Stopped my wage garnishment
My paycheck was being garnished and they did everything they said they would do at a fair price in comparison to other companies I talked with. Once the garnishment was removed they were able to get me into a hardship status with the IRS which put a hold on collections. They were very professional and had great communication with me through the whole process

Above and beyond
My tax problem was pretty complicated. I tried working with the IRS directly and the payment amount they were requiring me to make was way more than I could afford. BTH was able to take into account my tax, financial and personal situation and get the IRS to understand the actuality of my situation and they were able to get a much lower payment plan than I was able to get on my own. I can now pay off my monthly bills without the stress of the tax authorities coming after me.

Did What They Promised
I fell into a hole with taxes because i forgot to file. matt helped me get back on my feet and heather is an amazing attorney who was with me every step of the way. i have a payment plan now that is manageable and all my tax returns are filed.
