Poor customer service
Placed an order and added $20 to get engraving done but ended up NOT getting the correct engraving as instructed. Tried to reach out to customer service to get the issue remedied or get a partial refund but no reply. Very disappointed and this makes me feel discouraged to buy from small businesses because of very poor customer service. As much as I hate it, I guess we’ll just have to settle with amazon who address refunds and customer complaints immediately.
