I shared a design photo with the Barbara Maison team and wanted some custom changes. I was nervous about how it would turn out, but they did an amazing job! They even shared the CAD image before starting. I also got a great discount and a free silver jewelry gift, which was really nice. My ring from the beginning looked beautiful - until it started turning my finger black and broke twice!!!! The company has tried to charge me to fix it both times… they have a lifetime warranty claim on their website that is obviously false… I’m really sad this is the experience I had with my engagement ring…
