DO NOT BE FOOLED! This company is nothing but a scam. I was scammed out of thousands. If the person calling you about a book does not speak English as a first language, be wary. I had four different obvious branches of their company trying to do the same thing. If they don't have a website that is more than four years old, walk away. If you can not find any reviews online, walk away. The company is still trying to do what I paid for a year later. What a joke

It is a travesty that this company is open and still doing business. They were assisting me with a website, captured some of my domain names, after months of requesting they transfer them back, mysteriously never would. Eventually, the company restricted my access to their site. The # on their website was not working. There was no response to the email listed. No response to chats sent. They show a Century City address yet some of the billing leads back to a company out of the country. Many of the employees who originally worked with me had virtual numbers that are no longer accessible. Buyer "BEWARE"!!!!!!!

We keep getting phone calls from this company claiming they want to finish our book, they have made this process an absolute nightmare, the male writers are misogynistic and talk condescendingly to my wife, overtalk you if they disagree with you, claim they have given our money back we gave them $5050 and they refunded $3500 and refuse to return the $1550 we had to file a complaint with the credit card company… do NOT use this company!!!

BARNES GHOSTWRITING is a total scam
BARNES GHOSTWRITING is a total scam! I do not believe a single five star review of this company is real. Here’s how they operate: They will agree to absolutely any terms you offer as long as they can get you to send them money. They will even promise you “guaranteed” number of sales (as the did me). They then assign a “Project Manager” who will wear you out with phone calls and ask you the same questions over and over. If they do anything it will be a generic piece of crap. Unrelated to your book. When you become downright frustrated with the P. M. they will assign you a new project manager who will take you through as much bs as you can stand. Like asking you over and over to identify your book. Which has the title at the top of the first page. They try to scam you for more money telling you you need three currency converters at $500 each. I had three (3) project managers. None did anything except string me along. When I complained I received a long diatribe about how “sorry” they were you are unhappy with being scammed.
