horrible delivery experience

horrible delivery experience. I live on the second floor alone, ordered some wood for fireplace and the guy who delivered it just dumped it on the door on the street and sarcastically said i have a ‘little job’ and said it wasn’t his job to help me

Poor delivery service

Bauhaus is well equipped shop but when it comes to delivery it takes ages. I bought gas pipe online that meant to be delivered within 3 to 6 working days. I called twice Bauhaus customer services and they answered quickly and advised "it is tourist season and it takes longer". Dear Bauhaus it is 21st century and you should do everything to deliver the goods purchased online within 2 days. Also, like I said the shop is well equipped but the staff is so unhelpful with lack of enthusiasm.

Terrible delivery experience – but excellent customer support

The delivery was delayed for completely unknown reasons, probably just because someone couldn’t be bothered to load the items onto the truck. Fragile goods were not handled or transported with any care – I literally saw items being thrown around inside the truck.To make things worse, half of my order was missing. Fortunately, their customer support is truly excellent – very fast and responsive. I received an immediate refund for the missing items, which I eventually had to buy locally.Unfortunately, the overall experience was poor due to the delivery issues.A real shame, because their support team really deserves praise.

Very bad experience with their customer…

Very bad experience with their customer service and workers in the shop. They instructed me to buy a wrong product, they deliberately lied or did not have a clue, but still pretended to know. And when I tried to return the product they acted crazy. I will never go to Bauhaus again. Pevex and other shops are much better. I feel sorry I did not read online reviews before I made my purchase.

Disappointing Customer Service Experience

I recently ordered from BAUHAUS Croatia and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. The product arrived damaged, and there were missing items in the order. Despite my immediate notification to their customer service, it has been nearly 48 hours without any resolution or meaningful response.The solution to this issue seems straightforward: either send a replacement for the damaged item and the missing parts, or provide a partial refund. However, BAUHAUS Croatia has not taken any steps to address the problem, leaving me frustrated and without the products I paid for.Customer service is a critical aspect of any business, and BAUHAUS Croatia has disappointed in this regard. I hope they improve their support processes in the future to ensure better experiences for their customers. Until then, I cannot recommend their services.
