DO NOT CONSIDER THIS POOR EXCUSE OF A COMPANY!!!

RUN! RUN! RUN!!! If I could leave ZERO stars, I would! I can’t even say they have bad customer service because it would insinuate customer service actually exists! Purchased a Kamado Joe more than 2 weeks before Christmas, for our new home, due to their website guaranteeing delivery before Christmas. Never received an update or notice of any kind. Spoke with customer service one time, they blamed it on the manufacturer and said I would have it by Jan. 6. Still nothing. For the next two months I called and emailed over and over. ZERO response! Received an email March 8 telling me I would be receiving a refund due to their inability to fulfill the order. Not only do I still not have a grill, I also now have to spend $2000 instead of the 30% discount that multiple vendors were offering during the holidays! By the way, still haven;t seen my refund. They’ve had my money for THREE months! Again! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN POSSIBLY RUN FROM THIS JOKE OF A “COMPANY”!!!!!!

Primo disaster

I ordered a Primo grill in Nov. 2025. Was not told there was a cast problem w/ Primo, but confirmed order would be sent in January 2026. It's March, no product and no response from customer support or sales dept. Either they are out of business or they are a scam. I am disputing the charge on CC for non-delivery of product and filing complaint w/ state of Cal. Stay away from this company, I don't think they are still in business!

Don’t use this company!! You will regret it! You won’t get your item or you will get the wrong thing and when returned you won’t get your money back. Customer service is nonexistent!

Lied about inventory, won't return money even though order canceled.

Placed an order in November 2025. Was told it was out of stock three weeks later after contacting customer support. Canceled the order in January. We are now in March and I have not received my order and have not been refunded. This was for an item that was thousands of dollars. Their customer service team are liars and the company are thieves.

I ordered at the beginning of January…

I ordered at the beginning of January 2026. They processed the money but I did not receive any product. When I went back to check status, it said canceled. The order wasnt even in the system. I have made numerous emails and calls with no reply. I WOULD NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO ORDER FROM THEM!!!

Company is a scam!

On January 13, 2026, we ordered a Green Mountain grill, a Green Mountain Grill Thermal blanket and a Green Mountain Grills Rackt Griddle Pan online. They took their payment on that date. On January 20, we called to ask a question, and they informed us that the batch of grills they had was "unfit to send out", they was going to order some more but didn't know when they would be in. We decided to cancel our order, and they sent us a confirmation of cancellation. We have called numerous times and have gotten through to a sales associate only a couple of times. One associate told us the bookkeeper was out and the owner was the one that was doing the refund and was dragging his heel on doing them. He said we would be better off filing a dispute with our card company, which we have done and have not gotten a decision back on yet. Since then, we have called, left a lot of messages and emailed the company with no response. We never received the product, but yet they will not refund our money. Stay away from this company!

Have not received a refund

We ordered a BBQ grill from BBQGrills.com in December. After being told it was on backorder for nearly 4 months, we decided to cancel the order.On January 8th, we received an email from their service team (Kelci) confirming that our refund would be processed within 5–7 days. It has now been well beyond that timeframe, and we still have not received our refund — for an order totaling over $1,000.Since then, we have sent multiple emails and left several voicemails. No one has responded. No follow-up. No update. Nothing.It is extremely frustrating to have over $1,000 tied up with zero communication or accountability. Delays can happen — but ignoring customers after promising a refund is unacceptable.Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend ordering from BBQGrills.com.

It's Called Theft

Bought a Weber Griddle in late December of 2025. My payment of $750 was processed immediately. After a couple weeks without an update on my order status, I called customer support several times before finally reaching someone. I was told that my item was out of stock and wouldn't be available until late March! Furious that they took my money before confirming it's availability, I cancelled the order. Chris in customer support said it my refund would process in 5-8 business days. Over a month later, it STILL hasn't processed! BBQGrills.com, you stole $750 from me! No wonder no one answers in customer support! Don't do business with this company.

I should have known it was a scam when…

I should have known it was a scam when my CapitalOne charge wouldn't complete the charge. I just assumed since we moved recently(ish) that the CapitalOne card hadn't updated my new billing address. I used our other card and the charge went through. Nothing big, just a certain size of lava rock that local stores don't seem to carry. Multiple calls and emails later with no response and no delivery in sight. Please be smarter than I was and check BBB, Trust Pilot, and Reddit on companies before a purchase!

Never received my refund

I placed an order in October for a porch infrared heater. After two delays, pushing the deliver to February 2026, I called in December and cancelled my order. I am still waiting on my refund. I have called multiple times and my calls are never answered "due to high volume". I leave my order number, name and number for a call back in 48 hours, but no one ever calls. I also send multiple emails with no success. Do Not order from these people. Despite their rating of 4.7 on their website, the ratings are horrible on other platforms. I have placed a complaint with the BBB in California.

This company is a scam! They never sent me my product so, I asked for a refund, which they haven't given to me in months and months. Now I need to get the credit card company involved and dispute the charges. Do not order anything from this company!!

Ordered 12/18/25 - never received

Ordered 12/18/25 - said all items (GMG Apex smoker, cover, rotisserie, back rack and pizza oven) were in stock and would ship free in 5-7 days, as of 02/19/26 still nothing, I called in January and a guy said it was on backorder and would ship in February, all future calls and emails were ignored.GMG stepped up and gave me a similar deal, a bit more expensive but they tried their best to make it right, so I am ordering direct from them once my CC Company gets the order cancelled. Horrible experience.

SCAM

Website says in stock ready to ship is a lie!!! 3 weeks after order item was still not in stock per Alan I asked for a refund. Almost 2 months later to this date still no refund. Do Not Buy from bbqgrills it's a scam they are keeping your money!!!

Same as everyone else

Same as everyone else. I ordered a product for a customer and never received it. Ordered 9/25/25 here it is 2/17/2026. The customer gave me a bad review so I thought I would pass it on. Businesses rely on thing they order. If you can't deliver then you shouldn't be in business. I had to give my customer the money back, why shouldn't you?

A good price doesn’t mean good service!

BBQGrills doesn’t deserve even one star.I ordered a 48” fire ring off the website because it was in stock and it would ship in 1-3 days. Five days after placing the I checked the order status. This was when I found out that “Due to high demand this item is currently out of stock. And once they receive the item back in stock we will update your order with tracking information.”I have left numerous messages and emails requesting they cancel my order and refund my money. I have not received any response!Worst service ever!

Poor communication, excuses and delays, won't answer the phone. Terrible company at best, intential scam at worse. Avoid like the plaugue.

Did not fulfill the order entirely. They cancelled 2 items but I did not receive a refund. It is impossible to reach customer support. Email support isn't working either. I had to dispute with the credit card company.

These guys are scammers

These guys are scammers. They will take your money and not ship the grill. They keep pushing the ship date out and when you ask for a refund they will ghost you. I’m going on 4 months since my order they kept pushing off the delivery date even though the grill showed in stock and ready to ship. I don’t have my money or the grill I ordered and instead of them refunding my money I will have to do a chargeback. I spoke mostly to scammer Faith Ford. This is a criminal website that should be investigated by the Attorney General.
