Harrison Barnes the Founder has not paid Vendors like us for more than. 3 years. There would be numerous employees who will tell you that they have not received there salaries , their Full and Final settlement and there are numerous Labour Law violations done by the organisation wether as a client or as an employee they are not trustworthy or professional.
Completely rude and unprofessional. I reached out to them about six months ago because a handful of relevant job openings appeared on a LinkedIn search. I emailed the appropriate address and attached a resume and a cover letter of sorts indicating why I was qualified—or, technically, overqualified—for these positions. Received a form email. Followed up via email a week later, and again, the same form letter. I applied for another position with them on LinkedIn. No response. Called them. No response. Screw these people. And the five stars review look awfully fake, too.
There is a reason this business has multiple operating names and websites (Lawcrossing, Hound, Employmentcrossing, Legal Authority, Law Firm Staff, EdFed). The "real" business is likely "collecting and bundling resumes" of attorneys for sale to marketing companies. I've practiced for 20 years now -- and I know of no one who has ever used BCG to find a real job. Notably, all of the positive reviews of this company are people with generic names, with no link to their Avvo or Linkedin accounts -- thus no way to prove they are real.
I have been working with BCG Attorney Search for a while, and I have to say, it is the best recruiting firm I have worked with. Everyone on the team is a professional at matching candidates with a perfect opportunity. They followed up and provided timely support along the way. Other recruiters I worked with in the past would just send random roles that didn’t match my salary expectations or skill set. Such a thing definitely does not happen here. They are simply the best! BCG Attorney Search was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them to anybody looking for placement in a legal firm.
