The cleanser is gentle and cleans fairly well and does not dry out your skin. The moisterizer is pretty decent. It appears heavy, but actually feels pretty light once rubbed in. The exfoliating pads seems to work very well, although it burns quite a bit. The jury is still out on the serum. I do not like the application system for the serum and I really can't tell if it works, but it does feel pretty good once you get it on.
I ordered the wrong item by accident, they got back to me right away and sent out what I meant to order very quickly. It's a pleasure dealing with Beauty Rx.
I am very pleased with this product so far as its only been 7 days but I can feel the difference in my skin. My skin is drier and clearing up and that is due to the Glycolic acid in the cleanser. I will need to order a moisturizer with no glycolic to balance it out. Great Product!
My first order showed up opened, which was disappointing. However, customer service was able to send me a new product at no charge. It was easy to communicate with them and about a week later my new unopened product arrived.

I am enjoying this product and have already seen a change in my skin, in 2 weeks. Looking forward to changes as I get further into the program. The company is customer service focused and that means a lot to me. Very responsive to my questions.
It works. I have seen definite improvenent in the fading of sun/age spots on my face. I have actually signed on for auto shipment, so that I can keep the process going & hopefully see even greater improvement.

Beauty rx products are amazing! I've struggled with moderate acne for years and their glycolic cleanser has done wonders for my skin! Highly recommend! Also, their customer service is quick and extremely helpful!
Excellent products and results. I have found regular, twice daily use makes my skin appear smoother, softer and younger. Glycolic, lightening, moisturizer, and sunscreen products work well together to make skin look healthier and younger.

Started using product 4 days ago, so far no irritation. Skin appears smooth and gaining clarity although too soon to know. I e been battling acne in chin area and it has not subsided yet.
I just started using the exfoliation treatments and really can't comment to their effectiveness at this time. But after 4 days I don't see how these products work at all. I will give it more time though. My issue is with customer service. I asked a question through the website (at the top it said the doctor was in...whoever that may have been) and I never received a response.
All the products work and are non-irritating, unlike so many exfoliating products.
I have been using this Vitamin C serum for about two weeks.I can see a big difference in my skin- clearer and brighter.I am very pleased with it.

I've only been using the vitamin C serum & exfoliating eye cream a few days, but my skin is responding very well!! I don't know if I'm seeing things but I feel like my skin already looks a lot brighter! Anxious to see how well it looks in a few weeks!
I received my order so quickly that it was shocking - so that was a great start to my experience. Now, on to the product itself. Since turning 40, I became obsessed with every product that targeted under eye concerns. I have bought every product imaginable. This is the first one that I have fallen in love with. Well worth the money!!
