It comes with a bunch of different tips which is nice. The charging case is handy. Connecting it to your phone is kinda like connecting to Bluetooth headphones – simple. Does what it says.

Using the Bebird endoscopic ear cleaner is an interesting and effective way to clean your ears. I particularly like the camera, which makes the process visible, and the numerous accessories enhance cleaning precision. However, it should be noted that positioning can be tricky at first, and there's no clear description of the different heads, which could be improved for better use. Overall, it's a premium-built, useful product.

The in app help is very slow and laggy
The in app help is very slow and laggy. When asking why something wouldn’t work I’d have to restart the app multiple times and then restart the conversation. After finally going to the site to ask about it the warranty I was then told that I was past it. If I would have gotten direct answers from the help on the app I would have been within the warranty. Too bad I like their product when it works otherwise I wouldn’t try to get a replacement

I received my Bebird device
I received my Bebird device. The device works exactly as advertised and better than I expected. I've always had a problem with ear wax and this device helped show me why as well as helped me clear it.

My grandson ordered this for me. Said it would be safer. Took me a while to trust the screen, not the feel. But my goodness. To see inside yourself so clearly... it changes everything. No more poking in the dark. It’s like switching from a candle to a spotlight. Seems I have a healthy left ear. Thank you, lad.

Bought this for my parents who are…
Bought this for my parents who are always worried about earwax buildup but hesitant to visit the clinic. It was a hit! The real-time view on their screen eliminated all their fear. Seeing them help each other check their ears was surprisingly heartwarming. The best health investment we've made this year.

Easy to understand product from website, easy to order and fast shipping. I have been using version 1 of this product for a few years. Ears have since been squeaky clean and have never had issues using the product. Before, it was a constant battle hearing, not anymore thanks to this unique device. Highly recommend!!!

Just bought ultra x
I’ve been using their earlier product for a while now and I decided to upgrade to bebird ultra x. I just tested it and so far I’m very happy with it. Image is super clear, framerate has improved and it looks like it’s more responsive. Shopping experience was great as well. I recommend

I am excited to try my new Bebird EarSight R1 Earwax Removal Tool. I like that it can be used for ear or nose and- apart from being safe and functional, I think there may be a little entertainment value, as well! Scientific curiousity- a view you don’t usually get a clear view of. I’m looking forward to trying it!👂👂

I placed an order through their website January 11th at 1AM. 3-5 day shipping in the US, they claim. It wasn't shipped until the 14th. It is now the 19th, and still no sign of my order. 3/10/2026In response to reply: I never received the order. I have asked multiple times for a refund. Two months now. Completely unacceptable.

Poor battery life
I like this product. But the battery life is quite poor. It feels like I need to charge it every time I am going to use it, unless I use it every day. It also seems to be burning battery even when not in use.
