very mediocre site, we think it's German because of the .de extension but it's Chinese. The photos shown on the site are retouched photos and do not reflect the quality of the real product which is really of deplorable quality. Also, the email complaint exchanges are tedious and do not lead to a refund. A meager compensation on a next order is offered. I strongly advise against this site:
Very untrustworthy Online business with zero. We payed 53 Euros for an article but we received a product worth of 5 Euros or less. When applied for the return, we were treated as worse as it could be. No return policy and no communication skill was found. I do not recommend such a wastage of money.
Never recieved my 2 sweaters. They said they have delivered and later they said the package was at a postal service but dont know wich one, and that I need to check over there. We have different postal services and it is not my problem to go and search all office for the package. After mailing contact they still dont't want to give my money back, they want to send new ones for a discount price. And ask me for a small amount for them loosing the package. And now they are ignoring me and I still dont have my money backNEVER BUY STUFF HERE !
Ordered a shirt type thing from this company finally arrived after 6 weeks and it’s Sh*te cheap Chinese knock off not even from Germany as stated, don’t use you’ll be disappointed
Ordered 3 jumpers from this company about a month ago. Been sent false tracking advice. They appear to be a German company but orders come from China. Still not received they were for Christmas. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGEPOLE. Not what they appear.
My order mas not good I got xl size .but I buy xxl size and it's way to small .I buy 3 clothes xxl .and all 3 clothes have different size .they fake us with eu price and than they sent it from China and it's all wrong.and if you contact they say to gift it to frends .

My order took almost a month to ship. The company gave me a false tracking code claiming that the order is coming from the US. The sticker in the package says that the order is from Yanwen. The items that I received are of much much lower quality than the items that I ordered. The company does not allow me to return my order and refuses to refund more than 7 EUR of my 65 EUR order. Please avoid ordering from this company.
What an absolute joke, this is not a German company this is coming from China, sent fake tracking numbers, one has the shipment bouncing around the USA the other one coming from China on PayPal it's a Chinese company absolute disgrace masquerading as a German company. AVOID like the plague . And don't believe all these fake reviews blatantly fake look like they've been written with AI or something
Did not receive the T-shirt so far. What a bit surprised though. The price was €18 something. plus delivery. Plus value added tax. I ended up with €30 something although PayPal only shows 25 hope, the quality will be okay. What is not okay, it’s to offer a price excluding VAT.
I ordered 4 items and after more than a month something totally different arrived, sent from Singapore, not Germany. Ever since they have been telling me lies about what happened. First they told me there were two parcels and the second had no track-and-trace code. Then they told me that their shipping department said what I received is correct, even in the face of obvious proof (pictures) that that is not the case. Then they offered me first 15 euro and then 17 euro as a compensation for my loss and discomfort. By this time they still had not given me an address to which I could return the items I received, nor are they willing to refund. I lost 150 euro's ordering at this site and I feel the communication is fake. They never reply specifially to anything I write or ask. They just apologize for my loss and that's it. They are not solving the problem. Be aware, this company is NOT OK.
Initially, I received tracking information that was due to another customer. After my complaint, I received a response very quickly. The communication works very well! They provided me with a new tracking link. This told me that 8 days had passed between payment and collection of the goods in China. And yes, only now I realised that I had ordered items in China. It was two T-shirts that were intended as a gift. However, as the parcel only arrived three weeks later, too late for the birthday, I wanted to send them back. I had to ask several times for a return label. They said that I had received the size I had ordered. In the next reply, they asked me if I didn't want to wear the T-shirts myself or give them to someone else. However, the envelope was so light that I had to assume that the quality of the T-shirts was poor. Besides, I had found exactly the same product on A**zon for half the price. So there was really no reason not to cancel the purchase. However, the customer support only offer 7€ and does Not provide the Adresse to return the items. Don not buy here.
The pricing for the items was reasonable considering the superior quality. I expected a higher tag, but was pleasantly surprised. Cost-effective products without compromising style and comfort. Definitely value for money!
lousy material and bad print quality. no chance to send back. No one needs such a shop.
