Changed design now metal needs recut
They changed the design of 24HB9M to 24HB9M/U1... for a product that is built into a machine (i.e. you need to cut metal). No information on the website about this and when I called the customer service... I got, Ill pass the message upwards. Doesn't fix the problem that is not really obvious until metal cut.

Excellent customer-focussed service
I needed a replacement touch screen for a machinery monitoring system as the previous unit had gone blank all of a sudden.I ordered the new screen and the team at Beetronics responded with options to investigate the reason for the failure to avoid my paying for a new one unless it was required. This was a refreshing alternative to what is often the norm. They responded quickly with good information and followed up on my order regularly.A special thankyou goes to the team at the Claymont, DE 19703 department.

Once I found Beetronics website, they had exactly what I was looking for in a 16x9 monitor. I was unable to find any on Amazon or other places I searched.

Communication was great
Communication was great. I wasn't the quickest to reply but your staff communicated with me when I was ready to engage with them. The purchase was easy. And the fact you had inventory with the older style USB A touchscreen was amazing.
