I was looking to order a Manticore rack with Kraken cable add-ons, but I wasn't sure how I wanted to configure it. One of their reps reached out to me to talk about the options. He was friendly and knowledgeable and helped me nail down a solid configuration. He even offered to extend their sale prices, before he realized they ended that day instead of the previous day. Delivery was tricky, as the freight company had trouble offloading the pallet with the long uprights. Some boxes were damaged, but everything was so well packed that nothing made it through to the contents. Paper instructions were a little lacking, but online videos made up for those. I wondered if the Kraken design that gives it a 1:1 pulley ratio was going to be gimmicky, but it has turned out to be genuinely useful for my workouts. I expect to get many years of great workouts with this gear.
