Please avoid at all costs and it took…

Please avoid at all costs and it took a week for them to even think about giving me my refund. They've asked me multiple occasions and multiple emails. If I confirm that I want to cancel my order. Yes I confirm. I want to cancel my order but they've asked me loads of times on it and they still haven't sent me my refund. It's been a week now. I'll be rising a investigation against this company

Masturbator

I ordered the heaven masturbator i tried it for a few weeks and found it was not for me but it was very good Great manufacturer and quality as the company offers a 180 day no bother refund policy and I did i am going to order another model great friendly service great selection of products

Great customer Service

They were attentive with my order I placed as I had incorrectly put the shipping address. They were able to ship it to the right address with no issue. Their products are as advertised and extremely happy with this experience.

Bestvibe lived up to their promiess

Hi I ordered a Rowan life size doll ,order 2026011914541473083, which came back as out of stock. Bestvibe contacted me to say it would be back in stock February 15th 2026. After initially agreeing to wait, I changed my mind and cancelled the order and asked for a refund. Bestvibe co-operated after emailing to explain why I changed my mind. A good will gesture was offered to compensate for the wait, but other personal choices I wanted to make, could not be offered. Bestvibe refunded my money paid in two days of the agreement. Bestvibe are and we're very co- operative during the process and all parties were happy with the outcome. I will buy from Bestvibe at something in the future with the vast array of tantalising products on offer. Thanks again Bestvibe, keep up the good work. Paul

STAY CLEAR OF BESTVIBE

I ordered from this company recently against my better judgement . The prices seemed good , and people have said the quality of the items they had received with pictures posted was beyond good . But something seemed a little off , especially since I noticed there was no phone number to contact with questions . Well, despite having a few concerns I ordered “the Derek” which seem to be one of their more popular thrusting dildos for my fiancé first this upcoming Valentine’s Day . This was over a week ago . No updates for shipping, my payment cleared with zero issues. I emailed bestvibe, and I get a response stating that the model I ordered will not be available until the end of February . Well, as I stated in my email when I reached out as to why it was taking so long to get a shipping date , I stated this was a VALENTINES DAY GIFT , and had ordered it in plenty of time . They asked if I was interested in waiting , I stated no , they asked if I was interested in another model , I said perhaps if it were of similar size and shape , but then in thinking about it I decided no. I just want my money back since I’m already feeling that this is going south all to fast . Guess what , I send an email requesting a refund , snd you guessed it ! ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE ! I have sent 3 since , and no responses on any of them . No phone numbers can be found for this company whatsoever , so now I’ll be forced to get my bank involved . To any future customers ,STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY . They are not very professional in the least . UPDATE:Bestvibe ended up contacting me stating that the reason they took so long getting back to me was due to their spam filter blocking my email from being seen, which I find VERY SUSPICIOUS since they still saw my first email with no issue . But I will say that once we got past all of that , the team over there seemed to get my refund sotrted out pretty quickly. Bestvibe definitely doesn’t like getting negative reviews here in Truspilot, so if you have issues with them I would suggest starting here. I would rate them higher but their lack of a phone number and the length of time it takes them to return emails as well as the fact that it took a bad review to prompt them to resolve my issue is the reason they still only get a 2 instead of a higher rating . Here’s some advice from someone who ran a business for quite sometime,. Carry the product you advertise , and if the product is currently unavailable mark it as so on your website with the expected date . Also, get a phone number! As I said earlier , they came through but I still feel as though without leaving this review I would have lost my money so my advisory still stands, stay clear of Bestvibe! Sorry guys I promised I’d revise it not give you an excellent review. To receive an excellent review you’d have to give excellent service FROM THE START , and your company simply did not do that !

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS

I made an order with this shady company for an item and it has now been way past when they say items will be delivered I have sent an email without reply I've just sent another email but I don't hold out much hope of getting a reply I am going to try and get a refund but I guess this crooked company has stolen my money it's a shame I can't give zero stars zero stars is being very generous. I SENT THE INFO THEY REQUESTED NO REPLY AS OF YET THEY PROMISE A VERY QUICK DELIVERY WHICH IS CLEARLY A LIE.PLEASED BE WARNED DON'T USE THIS COMPANY

dissatisfied with the service

I ordered a thrusting vibrator, and they took my money, and the product did not show up...nor did I get a "your order has been shipped " e mail. I finally got a message that said according to their system, my address was wrong, so I sent in the same address (which is correct, I do know where I live..), and finally got a response from them saying the same thing...I replied and told them politely to either send it or refund me. I never had so much trouble with a company over an address. still waiting for the reply back.

Bestvibe is the place to go for all of your adult shopping needs. If there is any sort of issue from shipping, the customer service department is top notch on resolving any issue. I will definitely recommend Bestvibe to all my friends.

Don’t shop here it won’t be a good experience

I’ve ordered from here before and there is absolutely no communication from the site. Despite saying they have live chat it’s just a bot and it’s can take over a week for a reply and that’s if they bother to reply at all. Products take weeks to ship and they won’t tell you till after you’ve ordered it it’s in stock. Plus I cancelled and order and then nearly two weeks later they shipped it anyway. No communication despite sending many emails. Do your self a favour and shoot somewhere else.

I’ve been waiting 5 days for my order to change from pending to delivery and I think it is just a whole scam. I’ve tried to cancel my order or contact customer service and haven’t even been able to.

No product AND no refund

No product AND no refund. Placed an order Nov 11 for 2 items. One item was delivered quickly, but no update on the 2nd item. After sending them an email, was informed the was shipping delay until early Dec (even though the item was still on their website). Early Dec came and went so I inquired again and asked for a refund; which BestVibe acknowledged. Now BestBive aren't even responding when I ask for a status of the refund. BestVibe responded (1/13) via email:Hi there,Thank you for your patience.If you are willing to keep the item, the item can be shipped within 24 hours. Will you consider this solution?If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us. Wishing you a Happy New Year! Ailsa,Bestvibe Customer Service Dept.On 1/15, I replied: If the item can be shipped in 24 hrs, please do so. If not, please process the requested refund. Now, 1/22: Nothing again. No item. No refund. I check my SPAM inbox every day seeing if that is where a response email went. Just avoid this vendor. There are no good outcomes, despite multiple opportunities to remedy the situation.UPDATE: 1/22 -- received a comical reply.To resolve this issue quickly for you, please make a final confirmation regarding the options below:1. If you still want to cancel, we will refund the cost ($58.8) for the item that you have not received to your original payment method.2. If you are willing to keep it, we will ship it within 24 hours.Which option do you prefer? No matter which solution you choose, we will handle it according to your selection. Our only request is that you help close the negative review first.If you agree, please inform us after the review is removed so we can confirm. Once confirmed, we will proceed based on your choice.This is by far the most laughable response anyone could come up with. I leave a four star review only because one of the items in my initial order was out of stock and I was not notified about it until I brought it up. After that they were quick to fix the issue.Other than that no complaints,they let me order another item of equal value and included a little extra for the hiccup in my initial order.

Terrible customer service

The product I ordered and paid for was out of stock but no-one told me until I asked why delivery is taking such a long time. I was then told it would be back in stock a month later. After a month i was told that it will be in stock in 2 months. I wanted to cancel the order and I’m still waiting for a refund after many of my emails have been ignored. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.
