Scam site. Ordered one item but of a quantity of two and got sent one for the price of two and it was damaged. When we tried to contact the listed phone number to facilitate the return/refund process, the phone number was fake and not active at all. DO NOT USE.
Order came fast than expected than you
It's been almost a week since I made the order and I have absolutely no clue when or if it will be shipped. I've tried emailing, calling, chatting, and sadly there is no response anywhere. Standard shipping in US is usually 3-5 business days, and I couldn't manage to even get in touch with the business. I'm afraid I'll have to flag this on my CC :/
Thought this was a scam sight but I have zero complaints with them. Great price and service. I will say my order was drop shipped from Granger but I have no problem with that either.
The product was what I was looking for, an aromatic cedar clothes hangers that fans off mouths.

I wanted to make a purchase for my business. I called the US phone number listed and left a message 3 times with no response. I also tried to chat with them and no response. This is no way for a legitimate company to do business and I deleted my order.

SCAM SITE. Read all of the reviews about the invalid phone number (along with the Owner's excuses that it's due to technical difficulties). Do not order from a place that lists a bogus number.
I ORDERED A FOTILE CONVECTION OVEN ON 1/22 FOR $426.55. TWO DAYS LATER THEY SAID IN A POST THAT THE ITEM WAS SOLD OUT AND THEY HAD ISSUED AN ONLINE REFUND. THE CC COMPANY HAD NO RECORD OF SUCH A REFUND. THE BIGBIG MART HAD A RECORDING AND DID NOT RESPOND. I BELIEVE THE ITEM WAS NEVER IN STOCK AND WAS HOPING I WOULD NOT NOTICE THEIR LACK OF A REFUND.

they were cheaper than everyone else and great customer service and fast shipping - I will look into using them every Christmas season now.
Terrible Experience: I ordered two items, a Craftsman Grinder and two batteries with charger. It took a very long time to receive the batteries and charger, then a long time to be notified that they weren't sending me the grinder. I had to buy the grinder from another source and pay more money for it!
NO RETURNS. Product has to be incorrect or damaged. My fault for assuming that returns were the standard, I guess? I don't remember the last time I encountered a company that didn't at least offer a partial refund.
I ordered from them on 12/26/25 and one week later I received an email stating “… this order has been canceled due to extended shipping time.”. That makes no sense to me and will likely never order anything from Bigbigmart.com again.
Ask about my order and ask other questions, phone number doesn't work and there email doesn't work either, can't even contact you
