These people should be in jail. This was the worst online purchase experience of my life. They shipped us a used camera that they sold as new and wouldn't take it back unless we paid the $200 restocking fee. When I tried to reason with them they were belligerent and nasty. Stay away!
Long list of issues but cameras are not new but refurbished. Look this site up on BBB
Ordered a camera over a month ago and was told it would be another 3 weeks until they got it in then Loyd hung up on me. So disappointed I hope everyone finds out about the terrible company. They will NEVER get my service again and from the looks of the reviews I'm certainly NOT alone. Wish I would have read the reviews before placing my order....
I purchased a camera (3/16). They sent the wrong camera, refused to exchange it, AND were absolutely rude about it. No wonder they have received an "F" rating from the Better Business Bureau. I wish I had seen that rating earlier. The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with.
My cc was charged only 2 days after the order was placed but here it is 13 days after the order and still not received. Customer service rep was EXTREMELY rude and said it was shipped UPS Ground and it would cost an additional $15 (on top of the $41 insurance and handling) if I wanted a tracking number. I will NEVER do business, personal or work related, with this company ever again!
I ordered a camera online for a great price through their website on Thursday, and they emailed me to confirm the order the next day. They told me to call them in the email in order to confirm it, and the order wouldn't get confirmed until I call them. Unfortunately, I actually have a job and have trouble finding time to call them during their hours. When I finally got a few minutes of a break, I called them to confirm the order, but I never reached anybody, I was just on hold for five minutes. I tried later the same day with the same result. I emailed them and asked if I could just confirm my order online, but I never got a response, even though I emailed three times. When I finally got somebody, they told me that the camera didn't come with any of the necessary equipment (Battery, battery charger, memory) and that I would have to buy them separately, then they put me on hold. They wanted to charge me an extra $140 for what comes with the camera anywhere else!! I will never even visit the website again. This company should not be in business.

Purchased a $200+ camera from BigTimeCamera back in early November, and still have not received it. I can't get a hold of any customer service reps, and have put on hold multiple times for 20+ minutes. I'm getting ready to report these guys to the FTC and BBB today...
I ordered my camera two weeks ago. They said it would ship in 7-10 business days, so I was a bit fishy. I called them to make sure, and was put on hold for 10 minutes. When he finally picked up, the customer service representative was awfully rude. He sounded very annoyed although I was doing nothing. I was also concerned with the fact that I was unable to access my account, so I asked both questions: why can I not log in and is my order shipped? He asked for some info, and told me that my camera was on back order and would not ship for an additional 7-10 days. I was never informed of this while ordering (I definitely would have gone somewhere else). I was furious! I paid $200 for my order to not arrive for a month and a half?! I need it by Christmas and at this point it's the end of November. Also, the man said they lock the account and unlock it when the order ships (stupid?!). He said he unlocked my account, then hung up quickly. I tried logging back in and still didn't allow me to access it. Please, save yourself and DO NOT order from them. Terrible service.
Really annoying time with this company 1. Sent me an email to call someone to confirm my order and the number they gave me had the wrong extension so I was calling the first few times always getting error and then hung up on. They also didn't have their hours posted anywhere and I had to dig through the entire site before finding it which was very irritating since its only a few lines to write in the email "please call us between blank and blank times." So I was calling and kept getting hung up on since it wasn't between their business hours. 2. Employee was curt and a bit rude when talking to me before putting me on hold for 10-15 minutes before another employee would come and ask me the exact same questions 3. They told me the product would be here in a week and a week AFTER the product should've been here, I had to call them to ask why it wasn't here to find out that it was never restocked. Also why did they not tell me it wasn't in stock in the first place while here I was waiting for nothing. 4. The product I had ordered did not come with battery and memory card and was language set in Turkish which was not listed in the description or told to me until I called to ask why it wasn't here yet. The English version that was in stock at the time was also $20 more expensive and was not listed on their site and they pressured me to buy accessories without giving me information on them by just telling me the product doesnt come with things like battery or chargers etc. 5. Very inconvenient since its super hard to reach anyone, they dont contact by email, and its such a waste of time to call them since your on hold for so long and the employees just rush you off the phone and dont seem to care about your concerns. I ended up just cancelling the order since it wont get here in time and whats the point since they dont even have what I want and its too much of a hassle to deal with them.

BigTimeCamera.com sends me an email to confirm my order but is closed for a whole week. When I finally get through a person tells me "The camera is not in stock. The order i cancelled" and then hangs up on me. Why didn't they just tell me so in the e-mail 10 days ago?
