A one star or less is about right. Bought 2 Schwalbe tires..............hold it, what is the point. It appears they are permanently closed. No surprise. One tire failed prematurely. Bought online through Walmart and with the passage of time no recourse because Bike Somewhere apparently went out of business. SCAM SITE - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEMMy order did actually arrive after 1.5 months. However, in the meantime, I didn't need the order. I tried to cancel it before it was finally delivered and they wouldn't allow me to. Upon arrival, I immediately tried to get a return label (as the email states), but getting that return label is an act of congress. I've sent at least 12 emails trying to get it. They won't answer their phones. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. SCAM SCAM SCAM

As Others Have Said, This Seems To Be A Scam Site.
I purchased an item on Amazon for the lowest price, $14.99. Amazon shunted me to BikeSomeWhere for the order. The total price for shipping and tax was $27. Order made 8/29, order ships 9/1. 9/16, I checked shipping status - label made, USPS awaiting item. This seems to be a recurring theme with this scam. I messaged the seller, demanded a refund. The item was refunded, and to reorder I was now directed to a seller where the item is now $32 base price. Seems like a bait and switch to me. They realized they had sold to me for the lowest price, refused to ship my order hoping I would cancel and order again at the highest price.If you have fallen for this BS, make sure that you let Amazon know about it so that maybe they will take action against the seller.

I placed an order 8/4 for an in-stock item, shipping in 3-5 days, delivery by 8/13. This outfit is about 450 miles away from me, UPS ground is 1 day. All this guy did was create a label, it never shipped. No response to voicemails or the "contact us" on their website. I just placed into dispute with my CC and I'm good. I look for them on Amazon today, it looks as if they have finally been booted. What took so long?

Shipment never came. When we called they said it was returned back to them however the tracking number shows that it was never shipped, only a shipping label was created . Scam! Walmart should do a better job at investigating who they partner with.

Scam site, avoid. Make sure you don't accidently order from them via Amazon. They have failed to ship the product. Several attempts to contact them have failed, basically producing automatic response emails. Messages left on their answering machine have not been returned. I wish I had found this site before ordering from them via Amazon

This is definitely a scam site. I ordered 2x an item that was expensive and got in the mail the box for those two items but inside each box was a much cheaper brand and model from what I ordered. Stay away at all costs.

same issue - this web site is a scam - shop elsewhere - I ordered an item and after trying to contact them with no response for weeks, they finally replied after I kept emailing them. they said they sent information that they did not and said the item was shipped, but it never was. They provides a bogus USPS tracking number that said a label was created for the shipment, but 2 weeks went by and the item never shipped. they are basically using people's money until they realize they are not getting their purchases and dispute the credit card charges. dishonest at best but should be illegal.

dont do it! its a scam website... i ordered something 12 days ago, they provided a tracking number after i emailed them, but never dropped off the item to ups. the only way i knew there was a tracking number was by signing into their website, didnt even email.ive called and sent emails with no response.avoid this place!update: paypal refunded my money because bikesomewhere didnt respond to them. confirmed, shady.

Do not believe it is a real website.
Support responds a week later and says "we have a 6-10 shipping time". There is a tracking number in their system but the item order never leaves their place. Never answers phone number given. Do not advise using website unless you want disappointed.

Wrong part - no response from BikeSomeWhere
I ordered a SunRace CSR86 8-Speed Nickel Plated Cassette, 11-28T. The box has a BikeSomeWhere sticker on it that says "Sunrace Csr86 11-28" The BikeSomeWhere sticker is OVER a label that says "ITEM: CSR91.9AS0.NS1.BX, DESC: Cassette Sprocket R91, SPEC: 9S_11-28..." with the rest of the label obscured by the BikeSomeWhere sticker. When I finally had occasion to replace the cassette on my bike, I discovered that the box had actually contained a 9 speed cassette. I didn't discover this until I was road testing the bike with the wrong cassette installed. BikeSomeWhere did not respond to my emails requesting a refund of $26.05.

Canceled due to reviews, but still recieved good service
I did place an order through Bikesomewhere for tires. It wasnt processing fast enough for me. Mostly likely because the tires i wanted ship from India (Schwalbe). But i also read these reviews, so that got me nervous. I immediately send them a message asking how can i cancel my order. I was refunded my money within hours. So technically, my transaction went well. Again even through other sites my tires woudnt have made it until 2021 but my limited interaction with BikeSomeWhere was good.

Avoid this Seller, terrible multiple experiences!
Ordered a bicycle helmet from this seller based on delivery date. After purchase, it kept appearing as "delivery is on its way but running late". Wrote to seller. They provided a tracking number, but it was only a number created to mislead me. It was a valid courier tracking, but the courier reported seller never arranged for pick-up. After a long wait, and item no longer available in the market, seller cancelled order with no feedback or apology. On a second occasion, ordered two items (Amazon assigned them to this seller). Seller reported both items delivered, but only one of them was shipped!! Seller has not responded or shipped item. Can't understand why Amazon keeps sellers like this on their platform with so many bad reviews!! AVOID THIS SELLER!! READ THE REVIEWS!!

Company is just a scam.
As others have said the company is just a scam. You'll never get your order and contacting them is a waist of time. They don't respond to emails and calls just go to voicemail. There's a lot of online bike shops out there, avoid this one.UPDATE: After an investigation was started through PayPal, the company finally shipped me my order. However, BikeSomeWhere never replied back to PayPal or ever offered me any sort of apology or explanation.

Lack of responsiveness at BikeSomeWhere.com and very poor customer service
I ordered a bike part (through Walmart's website) on April 23, 2020 and received an email stating that I would receive the part no later than May 4th. I subsequently received a second email stating "again" that I would receive the part by May 4th. When the part did not arrive, I send a written request asking for an update and reply as to when I might expect to receive my bike part that I already paid for. I received an auto reply from Walmart that the vendor (BikeSomeWhere) would respond within 24 hours. No reply. I then left a voicemail message at Bikesomewhere.com 305-648-3111, with my phone number, email address and the order number.and again no call back or response. # days later I sent a second email request (via Walmart's web site) and no reply. Left another voicemail with my phone number, email address and the order number.and again no call back or response. One month later, I contacted Walmart and notified them of the issues and they promptly refunded my money. I requested that Walmart drop them as a "marketplace" vendor, and they have started the disqualification process per my request. You DO NOT want to do business with this company. If you check their reviews they are all negative and very similar to mine.

Bought something from them on the 2nd. It was scheduled to arrive on the 12th. On the 12th it didn't even show up as having been shipped. They refunded me 20% and told me they're just a small shop and it'd ship in the next couple days. It's now the 23rd and it still hasn't even been shipped. I emailed them the 18th and just said to cancel it. They never responded.
