I bought tickets for Pavel Volya at BiletKartina.tv 200 eur. Came to the concert, yet apparently that was cancelled. Not only noone informed me, neither did they refund the money. The only reply I got was on instagram, saying “hey our AGB says we don’t owe you anything”, go deal with it yourself. Countless emails, zero reply. I will never buy tickets through them again. Keep away.
The concert was canceled and the money has not been returned for half a year! scammers!
Bought tickets for Kirkorov concert in 2019 for 2020. Due to corona was cancelled. Rescheduled few times and in 2023 cancelled. Sent all the information for refund and after 3 months NOTHING. After sending an email received a reply that each email I sent will INCREASE the refund process time. What???😂😂😂 how is that? Like “you want get money back that you paid 4 years ago then keep quiet.”??? Amazing customer service I never heard about and luckily never faced before, hopefully also will not face in the future. Non sence that you are paying money and it takes so long to get a refund. They should have refunded even after it was rescheduled due to corona!!!
