The website was very easy to use. The item was described as the website stated. The tracking information once the item shipped was updated every couple of days and the item arrived on the targeted shipping date.

Site did not mention shirts were unisex - button placard is reverse of what is normal for ladies shirts Also, no mention that size measurements were not consistenst across shirt types. An XL is in a sleeveless shirt has different measurements than an XL in a short sleeve shirt and an XL in a long sleeve shirt. Will not order from site again

I paid $35 for expedited shipping and the items did not arrive for almost 3 weeks. To me that is not expedited shipping. I actually would like a refund for the expedited shipping charge or a merchandise credit for that amount. Please feel free to contact me regarding this issue.

UPDATE - I wrote a 1 star review in 11/5/25. This is an update. If I could give a worse rating I would. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY. I have never had a company be more difficult. First, the hanging golf ball display I bought is JUNK. The tees are loose in the holes and do not hold the golf balls as advertised. I requested a refund right away. They refused and kept trying to send me a new product. It took 10 emails and threat of legal action for them to agree to a full refund. I received the defective product on 10/9/25 and did not receive a refund until 12/29/25. However, it was only a partial refund. I am still waiting for the rest. It has now been almost 3 months of this. I am now on my 17th email to them and this issue is STILL not resolved.

I bought a disc golf ornament for my grandson and it looks nothing like it's pictured online. It arrived cheap, cheap, cheap looking. It's just a cheap plastic small piece of plastic. Looks horrible. Will never buy from here again.

Pretty sure they are a scam
Pretty sure they are a scam. Overcharged and have not received promised refund. $65 sweatshirt has also not arrived and fake Chinese tracking number doesn’t show/register anywhere. They do have a really good AI customer service bot that responds quickly to give you the runaround.

the experience i had with BirdieTee…
the experience i had with BirdieTee started off a little rough with a mix up that wasnt entirely their fault and they were quick to rectify and even went out of their way to provide delivery instructions because drivers would not follow them .delivery drivers would not follow mine either but through all my son loved his shirt and i would order again i was very appreciative of the way customer service handled it and would recommend.

This company is terrible
This company is terrible. I ordered a polo and after a month received a t shirt. They refuse to make it right. If I want the polo I ordered, I can keep the t shirt and order the polo. The material is cheaply made as well. Do not give them any money.Edit after they replied...they did offer a replacement...if I paid for it!!Edit…the item I ordered originally was received today.

I like love all of my shirts and golf…
I like love all of my shirts and golf towels that I ordered. I am giving the golf towels to friends with pictures of their dog on it. I also made one with my face on it for my husband. They are good quality and wash good.

I did not received what was shown on…
I did not received what was shown on the website. They advertise an Eagle Six brand American Flag Golf Polo. Instead I got a horrible knock off made of really poor fabric. The customer service is dispicable. Mostly empty promises but no resolution. It's been weeks and I still have no end in sight. Probably going to have to eat the $46.94 I was charged for a piece of crap shirt and call it a life lesson.
