Quick Response and Solution!

Great Experience, Will Use Again
Excellent Tax Crypto software. I was worried it would be tough to use, because Im not a "technical" guy, and it was much easier than I thought.I did have some questions and they were answered promptly. I was walked through each question and I could see Colin really cared about making sure I understood how everything worked and guiding me through.I have used Bitcoin.tax since 2017 and think its the best software available to anyone because of its ease of use and the service team. I definitely recommend it.

This site is easy to navigate and use.It only took me a few minutes to import my exchange history. After that, click "calculate", and in a few more minutes you have your tax report ready for your tax person or Turbotax.

Great responsive customer service
This site/company has provided an invaluable service over the years and their customer service is spot on. They understand the needs of their customers and try to be fair with their pricing.Since the cost of premium has gone up, I would suggest adding a lower tier for those who trade at a very low volume and just want to carry over their positions from year-to-year.

Amazing Cryptocurrency Tax Service
Excellent service with an straightforward interface. Supports many major exchanges to import transactions. Additionally it integrates well with major tax service software like TurboTax. Supports most cryptocurrencies. Keeps your past transactions so your base value is preserved. 20 free transactions to start and reasonable price after. Customer service is amazing with a great FAQ section and quick response (about 24 hrs) if you need to reach out for anything else.I've been using Bitcoin.Tax since 2017 and it has been very helpful.

Excellent service and best crypto tax application
Overall the Service is really excellentThe user interface is straightforward and easy to navigate. Although I would like to propose an enhancement to the capital gains report regarding the display of grouped transactions by date. Specifically, to have the report show both the name of the cryptocurrency and the aggregated total for each type of transaction on a given day. For example, if there were two transactions of Ethereum (ETH) on 10/10/23 — one for 1 ETH and another for 0.5 ETH — the report should ideally display 'ETH: 1.5' rather than the current 'Cryptocurrencies (long)'.

Best tool I've found
There are a lot of cumbersome, expensive, and difficult to use tools out there, but Bitcoin.tax has been by far the most efficient and straightforward tool I've found. As a novice in the crypto space, I also have many years where my transactions fell below the cost threshold, so I'm using these tools for free -- hard to beat thatOn top of that, the support for the product has been super responsive and helpful. Can't ask for more than that
