We used Blackride 4 times during our vacation. They were on time every pickup for 5 of us with lots of luggage. Victor was at airport waiting for us. All 4 of our drivers were great, Very professional and courteous. I would recommend this company for anyone Wishing for a smooth . experience .

We used Blackride after our Royal Caribbean cruise on February 8 to take us from the port terminal to the airport. One of our pieces of luggage was very late being taken off the ship as it had lost its luggage tag. Our driver was very patient waiting for us, and got us to the airport on time. The vehicle was very clean and had adequate room for our entire party & luggage. We were very happy that they were equipped with a baby car seat which we also required. Would book again
I used Blackride to drive us from Mami International to Marco Island. Everything went as planned. Great communication from our driver and excellent experience on our ride. Definitely recommend.
We used this service for a group of 5 that included a senior adult and an 18 month old child. The driver, Steve was exceptional! He came prepared with the car seat as requested and provided cold water to each of us. He was pleasant and very helpful in getting us from the Miami cruise port to the Fort Lauderdale airport.
Our driver: Hector did an amazing job for Blackride getting us to port promptly and safe. His vehicle was immaculate and he was cleaning a window when we walked out for pickup. Extremely well-spoken, friendly and very informative. We will be calling again for our travel needs.
What a great experience. My plane was delayed by an hour. I called the representative, and he said no worries they already know. The ride was a wonderful option to the Miami Port instead of the passenger bus. Also, the price was affordable. I recommend this company and will be using again and again. Thank you.
We used Blackride for transportation from the airport to our home after arriving in south Florida. Our driver was Robenson and he was fantastic. He reached out to us prior to our flight landing to communicate about the pickup, and we were able to find each other easily at Arrivals even though there was a lot of holiday traffic. He seamlessly fit all of our bags into the vehicle, which was difficult considering we were traveling with infant twins. I highly recommend this company and this driver!
I am writing this review after using Blackride on December 21, 2025 to transport my party of 4 to Miami Cruise port from Fort Lauderdale Airport and from Miami Cruise port back to FLL Airport. The ride to the port was wonderful, I even made a stop to pickup sodas and tipped 20.00. I have used their service in the past 3 times without incident. Please make sure you are ready to spend 400.00 if you do so. My husband asked just to make sure before booking if this was a round-trip quote that we received and we were told of course! Upon returing back to the Miami cruise port we called the driver Edward that dropped us off which I thought was a little strange because I always receive a message and it's discussed where the drive will meet us. Edward advised my husband that we have a return trip but he's not sure who will be picking us up. I then called the office to see who was picking us up only to find out that we did not have a return trip. I was very upset because I know that we were blantly lied too. It was not a round-trip quote that we received, It Was Only One Way! This has changed and they are not being fourth coming about the way they handle business now, and their policy changes. They are not transparent and forth coming, we were deceived. I had to contact Uber to transport my family and I back to the airport which was a great price! I would have paid any amount rather than use them ever again. We have 8 more Cruise coming up this year and now I have to find reliable transportation for our group to be transported which will not be a problem. I want to suggest that the Uber driver that finished our trip was in a Tahoe was very nice and we had plenty of room for 4 passengers with 8 pieces of luggage and personal items. The cruise lines also offers transportation as well. This was the end of black ride for me, very disappointed.
Our driver Roberto showed up at 545am for 6am pick up, He was professionally dressed, he was courteous, he loaded all luggages for 11 of us passengers from plant city, fl to miami cruise port for Royal Caribbean cruise. He checked in on us along the journey if we needed anything or to stop at rest area, our ride was comfortable, vehicle rented was a Mercedes Sprinter Van, it was clean, well kept, seats are leather, soft, reclines with headrests. Flat screen present with various streaming apps that made the ride wonderful/entertaining for kids in our party. I have requested for Roberto to be our driver on pickup after our cruise.
Both drivers were pleasant, texted me to help locate where we were to be picked up. Our driver Vladislav,in Ft. Lauderdale was the most interesting person we met on our whole 10day vacation!! Sal and I were very impressed with him and his background.
Our driver Ricardo was exceptional about staying in contact with me as we arrived at MIA. But he absolutely went above and beyond with making sure he found us in all the chaos of our party involving three members being in wheelchairs due to mobility issues. He had the bags neatly and carefully loaded before my husband could even think of doing it. The sprinter van was beautifully cool with cold waters waiting. A perfect way to start our vacation.

Couldn’t recommend this company highly enough. Used their services 4 times during a recent trip to Miami. Booking was easy, communication was great. Nothing was too much trouble. Very reasonably priced. Drivers and vehicles were immaculately presented, and punctual. Drivers contacted in advance of pick ups, so there was no confusion. Would definitely use again if we visit Miami, they took all the hassle out of our transportation needs.
First time customer and it won’t be the last time. They were WONDERFUL. We were a party of 8 and everything went very smooth. Picked up at our hotel and transferred to cruise port. I can’t say enough good things.
Simple booking, driver was waiting on us at airport and gave us specific directions of where to meet him. Such an easy way to travel with a big group. Upon return he arrived at Miami cruise port early and was waiting on us and picked us up easily and returned us to FL
