I am very happy with my bike purchase from Blazing Bikes. Will's communication was excellent throughout. I was notified when my bike arrived, when my bike was going through the workshop team and when it had been collected by the courier. I was issued full tracking details. The guys in the workshop did a great job of checking everything over and building up, leaving next to nothing to be done when I received it. In my case when the original bike I was looking at was no longer available Will went above and beyond to ensure I was able to purchase another bike that I am even more happy with. I would have no hesitation in purchasing from Blazing Bikes again. If you are looking for great kit, built up by real riders or even just advice, this is the store you want.

I had an issue with my trek e bike, the guys from blazing bikes went above and beyond, whilst on delivery David, came to my house to carry out the work, realised he needed another tool so he went to Halfords then came back! Repaired the bike despite being on a tight schedule with deliveries driving all over the country! Top company, and what a guy David is for sorting my bike out 👍🏻

I bought a Trek Rail 9.8XT from Blazing Bikes in Baja yellow. Not only is the bike brilliant but so are the guys in the shop and Stu who delivered my bike to me. Their prices are the best I could find anywhere and their service has been fabulous all the way through. I spoke to them a couple of times and their advice was excellent. Top marks to them all. Great service from order to delivery. We ordered 2 Trek Rail 9.8xt online after speaking with Dave. The price has to be the best online. These were delivered by Dave personally,who talked me through the e bike side of things. All in all great service at an unbeatable price.

The bike assembly was fine but
The bike assembly was fine, but I wanted to mention that the thru-axles should be tightened to the specified torque. I had to apply excessive force to loosen mine, resulting in damage to the threads of the rear thru-axle.

Second to none customer service
I bought a Trek Remedy 8 XT at an incredible price. Customer service is absolutely stellar, everyone I spoke with was very knowledgeable and friendly. The bike took a little over a week and a half to arrive but the wait is totally worth it. The bike came fully assembled, clearly put together with lots of care and attention delivered straight to my door. I actually asked for the shop to switch my brakes to European style and they did so. Tubeless was also set up for me! I would highly recommend shopping with Blazing Bikes.

Excellent customer service from David at the shop today. Firstly with a quick software check/update on all the TQ kit on our two Fuel EXes. Then, when a separate problem arose on a Sram XX1 AXS rear mech, fully investigated and sorted out under warranty and bike available again within the day allowing us to continue on our holiday! Great work!

After a very lengthy wait to have the money and a riding buddy I bought a Trek Slash 7 from Blazing Bikes. Purchase was based off price and service rather than just dealing with some middle person who cares little. Ok you have to wait but wow it's worth it to get your bike wrapped and pre built and set up correctly is worth it. Deffo buy again from here without a doubt.

A Gem of a Service Oriented Business
I bought two electric mountain bikes and wanted to take delivery 3 months later. Blazing Bikes accommodated that and then I changed my mind on the specification I wanted. Blazing Bikes accommodated that and then then the manufacturer changed the specification. Howsoever, Blazing Bikes honoured the (higher) original specification - which must have been expensive and inconvenient.I can only say that Blazing Bikes have been thoroughly decent, and service oriented business and very knowledgeable. A real pleasure to deal with......a gem.
