Excellent customer service design was perfect!
Kylie made this incredibly easy and very streamlined. She replied to my emails quickly and intelligently. She kindly answered my ignorant questions with grace and patience. I'm just now unpacking the parts (the entire shipment came weeks earlier than I expected) and hopefully I'll be able to find a link to review the product itself. The quality of the product looks top-notch so far. I can't say enough about Kylie and the entire experience.
Product is good and easy to install, but like others reviews, I have a return and can not get anyone to respond. While during the buying process they were very responsive and recommended I purchase the cutter and Hydraulic crimping kit ( which is not needed at all). After installing I reach out to return it and have not heard a word back. Only order what you need or get stuck with any extra.

This has been a great service for about 10 projects I've done for clients. Every client has been incredibly happy with the final product. Shipping arrives fast. It does come in different shipments which can be a little confusing to track sometimes but either way it does come on time. Overall a great service for an amazing price.

Great product. I was only shipped one roll of wire. Leaving off one roll. I ordered 2 kits. Didn’t ship me cable cutter. Left off the order. I was impressed as someone actually looked at my order for accuracy. But then left out a roll of wire and the cutter. And didn’t realize I also needed a terminal end for my cable post. All good. It’s just taken much more time waiting on all of the pieces. Customer svc was good. But maybe a little more attention to what is actually shipped compared to the order. Quality control of order processing maybe. Thanks ! Still waiting on the last piece I ordered.

I have worked with cable railings more than once, and they were always different companies and, believe me, always something different, especially with the materials. The last time I worked with railings from the BLIKA company and I must say frankly that I liked the installation the most, every detail you take, you immediately understand where it is and what it is for, and as a result it looks very nice, I recommend it…
recently installed the BLIKA railing system, and it’s fantastic! The cable railing looks sleek and modern, the shipping was impressively fast, and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience with Blika. Communication was prompt and accurate. The pricing was excellent and the quality was as well. I am thrilled with the end result and my deck went from an eyesore to the centerpiece of my backyard.
Bought posts and railings. Needed to return a few and exchange for different type. Seemed to be very good at customer service. I sent the posts back (cost me $105 for shipping), and now I'm being ghosted. Even the live chat support on what'sapp started writing me, and now has ghosted me. The product seems legit. But if you need to return/exchange.... beware. Hoping this review will trigger them to reach out.Thanks to Trustpilot, the company saw the review, and finally contacted me back, has processed my return, and is currently shipping the replacement as of 10/21 as they had said they would do very early on in October.Because of this I have changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars. However I do wonder what would have happen if I didn't have an outlet like Trustpilot. I tried to rate them on Amazon and it wouldn't let me.
Misleading and frustrating experience. Communication was terrible, and they lied about shipping times even though their FAQ is already misleading. They avoided direct questions and weren’t friendly at all. The staff seemed overly emotional and unprofessional, taking things personally instead of focusing on customer service.My first experience with them turned into a complete disaster. They shipped my two items separately, with one five days later than the other, even though I explained I needed the order urgently. They didn’t care. I still don’t understand why they thought it was acceptable to split the order into different shipments as knowing I needed. It felt intentional and careless, as if they just wanted to make things more difficult. I. Asking to cancel other orderOverall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company.
As a general contractor, I have constructed numerous decks. I have previously purchased kits from other businesses before learning about BLIKA. They answered my inquiries in a professional manner, and the price was fair. I made the decision to try BLIKA kits. The installation looked fantastic. The quality is equally as good as the cost performance! I heartily endorse it! For do-it-yourselfers, it's also quite simple.
