Extremely Disappointed
I am extremely disappointed with the Blink Outdoor Camera and the customer service from Blink.The product was sold with claims of up to two years of battery life, but this information feels misleading. The battery performance has been nowhere near what was advertised. I feel like false information was used to sell the product.The quality is also very poor. The camera barely picks up anything at night, which completely defeats the purpose of having a security camera. The night detection is extremely unreliable.Customer service was no help at all — very unprofessional and unresponsive.Overall, this has been a waste of time and a waste of money. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

There Outdoor cameras have leaked into the internal housing and failed over time. Customer service told me they aren't waterproof. I replied saying I was only using them as intended, as an outdoor camera...

If I could give it a big zero I would “ honestly I’m orthotic stop others from wasting there hard earned money!! This is absolutely rubbish!! The battery’s do not last longer than 2 weeks . I ended up putting it on a usb and plugging it into the mains … still rubbish !! Don’t store your videos… Terrible picture’ you can barely see anything!! Also rude customer service support. Save your money please .

Zero star review
If I could leave a zero star review i would, they are the worst camera system I have ever owned and used. The customer support is appalling and they dont care, if they even both to answer. As for the quality of the products the best place for them is in the bin as they don't work, they eat batteries within seconds and then stop working after a couple of months.

Blink module , poor customer support & warranty
Bought a blink module just over Two years ago and the module stopped working 6 weeks outside the warranty period. Called customer service to ask for good will considering that I pay for a monthly blink subscription. I was told no good will is provided and that there was nothing further could be done. Disappointing given that blink have had well over £300 off me in the past 2 years.

I can't sign in to my account
I've got a new phone number. I also have a new broadband hub. I tried to sign in to my blink account but I have forgotten my password. My email is the same. I clicked on the links to renew my password but it doesn't send me a security code to my email, it sends me a security code to my old phone number. So I can't set up a new password. For reasons I can't figure out, is that I typed in my email as requested so I can change my password, but I get a reply saying that I have a security code sent to my old phone number. Surely if they (blink) ask for my email address, then the security code should be sent to my email address? I've been trying for over a week now and I've replied to blinks emails explaining the situation but I don't get a reply. I've given up and I have cancelled my blink doorbell subscription. A complete waste of time.

Absolutely pointless & useless scam of a set up.Firstly the batteries wouldn't last 2 yrs even if it never picked up a motion.They last 2 weeks max!. So you start of with the most bs lie possible from amazon of all companies. Who would have thought it. They don't work period. It's less than a 50/50 whether your blink camera will even pick up anything..security camera! Lmao. Basically the camera is as pathetic as is the company and the Co that owns them.

I have given one star forgetting my address correctly The rest of this abysmal company called Blink is might as well be called no one at home The camera is offline and technical support are none existent. I explained that I have followed all instructions but but I get nothing back from them Normally Amazon are good brand but blink and it’s camera and module are only good for the recycle bin

For a most basic form of CCTV…
For a most basic form of CCTV monitoring it's tolerable if you get the equipment cheap (Amazon sale) - otherwise don't waste your money and buy something like an Annke wifi System and pay a handyman to install. It's terribly unreliable so if you do get broken into or there's a serious criminal incident you have maybe a 50/50 chance Blink has caught it on the system. Bad WiFi connectivity issues, Battery drain issues and poor detection plague the Blink CCTV eco system. If you click on a Camera for live view it's 50/50 if the Camera is Busy. Better than no CCTV but only just.

0 star.you buy this plastic crap, and at blink they are so lame they can't write proper code for this. 2 way audio door bell is an expensive doorbell, buy something else, even if you buy a bootle of beer is better. no video no audio only loading 'wheel of death' and the message 'there was a problem'. yes you right there was a problem. I ve spent £300-400 on this system 8 cameras, doorbell 2 sync unit (1st stopped working after 10 months) and only 2 cameras working SO I VE BEEN RIPPED OF £300 at least . and they only give you refund if the piece of.... faulty within 30 days, after that yoiu are ripped off

Currently useless
I have used a Blink mini for several years. Recently it suddenly stopped sending notifications. Customer service told me to go through loads of steps, all without success. Now they tell me it is a "known issue" and being worked on. This failure has made it useless as a security system

Never join blink
Never join blink. Customer service is awful. I had 3 outdoor cameras all got rain water into them. Customer service unwilling to do anything. These cameras are definitely not water resistant. And the night vision quality was awful.
