Absolutely impressive customer care. I ordered the wrong size shirt. Contacted them via email and was shocked at how fast customer care fixed my order. Received my shirt a couple days later. Very nice shirt

I had ordered several polos in the past all expectational quality, so I recently ordered their hoodie, a solid color polo as well as a t-shirt. The hoodie was amazing, the t shirt is a bit of a smaller fit then their polos but they exchanged it with no issues.

I was gifted with 3 golf polos for Christmas. Unfortunately, they were one size too large. On the returns, it was charging me for the 3rd shirt. (assuming it was buy 2, get 1) Spencer went out of his way to make the situation right, and the correct sizes are on the way after i proved they were sent back.
