The team at BOI Lock was so helpful in getting my BOIR written, reviewed and filed. I now have a licensed CPA there to assist me in reviewing and making any updates for me. I don't have to worry about meeting the requirement that I wasn't even aware of!
BOILock is a total scam.They are selling FUD.This is an online filing you can do for free with the US Government.
Was easy to file, I had no idea about this requirement.
