I've been using them for years. Great covers, great prices and great service overall. They mark the AI used on the cover openly, which is a big plus as I tend to go with covers where AI has not been used. Luckily most of the covers they have are using organic/stock imagery. They're swift in their replies and offer bulk discounts if you're an agency or publisher.
The book cover itself is great. However, the customer service is awful. I have been waiting for a modification for a back cover for weeks, and for some reason, they refuse to answer my emails. I cannot publish until I receive the cover.....
Simply beautiful covers. Customer service is kind and helpful. Especially Martin, he was there whenever I needed a helping hand. While there are numerous options out there (and some have decent premades), Book Cover Zone is the only one who offerst instant customization on their covers. Apart from the high quality covers, this was the main reason I went with them. Maybe make the customization a bit easier?
Brilliant! You need a book cover and they’ve got a design you like, go for it. I’m sitting at my desk now working, to adjust a cover I bought 2022. Thinking what a great choice they were and will be again as I’m sure I’ll be back. Already had communication with customer service 2022. Polite, informative and helpful. I’m quite surprised. I came here expecting to see thousands of reviews but I’m the first and it’s my pleasure to leave a 5 star as they most certainly deserve it.
