Highly recommend!
We had one sprinter van and one charter bus. Both drivers were fantastic and the service was top notch. The customer service was also extremely professional and efficient. I would highly recommend for others. Thank you so much!!

Had a wonderful experience using Bookinglane! I had to schedule last minute car service for clients in San Francisco during Super Bowl week and I wouldn't have been able to without Bookinglane. Their communication was top notch and made everything so early, even with last minute instructions and location changes.

Beware, Scam!
Never have I ever heard of this company until this evening when I received an email confirmation of a so-called booking under my name, email address, old phone number (which is not in service) with booking from and to San Francisco airport. I doubt this company is real, this is all a scam and information phishing. I am gladly providing my brief experience with this so-called company here to warn others of their suspicious misuse of people’s information with their “bookings”.

Bookinglane's management is mostly based out of Kyrgyzstan, and they are one of the most disrespectful and unprofessional bunch of people sitting behind this platform. Their tone with operators has extremely rude, and condecending. Any operator looking to work with this platform, DON'T. A company that uses AI to type out harsh responses and not value client feedback is not worth doing business with.

Very informative and responsive leading up to trip. Not a regular visitor to NYC but they kept in touch and made it very easy for the pick up process at JFK.Driver was professional and courteous !!!Will definitely recommend and use again.

0/10 - Predatory and Unethical Business PracticesThis was one of the most egregious examples of exploitative conduct I have ever encountered. After a week-long setup process, they called at 10:30 PM on a Tuesday—clearly timed to catch us at our most vulnerable. They ambushed us with undisclosed fees regarding the next morning, fully aware we were already committed with no alternatives. Exploiting our position, they unilaterally increased the price by $3,000 over the original quote. This is textbook price gouging and bad faith negotiation.The misconduct continued when an unauthorized $87 charge appeared a week later for "gas fees" never mentioned in any prior communication. Their representatives were shockingly unprofessional and hostile when confronted. This company operates with complete disregard for transparency and ethical standards. I strongly urge anyone considering their services to look elsewhere—this was systematic exploitation, not merely poor service.

Easy experience
Easy experience. Despite a flight delay Wilmer Salas was there. He offered to assist at baggage claim but I had only carry on luggage. Drive was quick and smooth. I will continue to use the booking for my LAX rides.

I paid for a Meet and Greet but did not…
I paid for a Meet and Greet but did not get one. The chauffeur texted to let my daughter know he was at the airport, but she had to get her own bags and meet him outside on the curb. He then got lost driving her to the Disneyland Hotel and required us to find him directions. She did finally arrive safely.

Pro Drivers, Gorgeous Cars, and ON TIME
This was a truly perfect experience. I made my reservation last minute needing a 4:30am pickup to take my wife and me to LAX, about 45 miles. The driver showed up on time in a pristine car, he was alert (not like me) and super helpful. After our trip, he was waiting for us in the middle of the mayhem at the International terminal, he carried our luggage to the car like he was part body builder and part juggler, and then he expertly weaved through the insane traffic, getting us home safe and sound. A true superstar.
