I paid the book Publishers$1,500.00 to create an audiobook, but they didn't use the person's voice I chose. Instesad they used someone with a speech impediment and didn't send me a copy to listen to until I had completed all 3 payments. After listening, I tried to accept the fact, but after listening to all the mispronounced words, I tried to get Marshall on the phone because he was the one I dealt with throughout the process. Now I had to talk to Joseph. When I explained the problem, he said he would help me fix the book, and if I filled out a bank statement, he could get me on more platforms. If I took down my review on TrustPilot, which I did. The only problem was that they wanted all this information about my book that I didn't even understand, so I emailed Joseph and asked him why he lied to me, and after listening to the whole book about all the mispronounced words, he replied that I should make notations of every mispronounced word and send it to him so they could fix it. He then said that he had promised nothing about getting more sales, and that he couldn't help with filling out all the information. I was so angry and frustrated because I had kept my part of the agreement and took my review down, so I just told him forget it i'm going to take a break, and just stepped away for a while. The name of my book is called AllTheWrong Roads by Paul Armento. Please listen and tell me if I'm wrong.
