It takes too long
It takes too long. To make a call, I have to confirm two or three times that I want to make that call. They should make things easier and more straightforward. When you try to perform a task, it shows you something else first that isn't what you're looking for, and you have to press the x. Honestly, it frustrates me.

€5 was debited from my card even though the payment was declined. Customer service sent me a statement and requested confidential card details via email. My account wasn't topped up, but the money was still debited.

POOR SERVICE
It used to be a useful telephone provider. But its services are very poor now. You cannot talk to a customer Rep to resolve your issue. I made calls that were not answered, but I was charged. When I called to get this resolved, the calls were unanswered several times.
