I've used other fat burners on the market and most of them made me feel over stimulated to the point that I was uncomfortable and felt out of it. I'm currently using ROXYLEAN by BPI Sports and it's great. It's just the right of stimulation where I can feel it but not that crazy amount like other brands that made me feel loopy. It also gives me that morning boost for my fasted cardio. I highly recommend this product.

Like every other company, their CS is not good
I've purchased from this company a few times and did not have problems, but my most recent experience with them has been TERRIBLE. I paid for express shipping over a week ago. I reached out to them about my order and they said I need to check with the carrier but the problem is, BPI has yet to ship my order! When I redirected the conversation back to that very evident truth, they went quiet. CS Rep Sandra: "Thank you for reaching out, We understand your frustration regarding the delayed delivery of your order. Please be aware that orders placed on certain days, especially around holidays and weekends, may experience shipping delays that are beyond our control. Additionally, delivery times can vary depending on the shipping carrier and their operational schedules.We recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier directly to inquire about the status and expected delivery date of your order. They will have the most up-to-date information regarding your shipment.We apologize for any inconvenience this delay may have caused, and we appreciate your understanding. Be Very Careful!
I would be very careful in trusting this company. Today I called during business hours. I pressed 2 for sales. An outgoing greeting kept telling me to hold for the next available person. After approximately 35 minutes, the line went dead. I tried again pressing 1 for customer service. Same experience. No ability to leave a message. No ability to receive a callback. No outgoing message as to where I was in the queue - how many callers ahead of me or an estimated wait time. This is not how most businesses in this day and age function. A total waste of an hour of my time. I will never do business with this company. You can do so at your own risk. I personally have no faith or trust.

I did the BPI CLA+ CARNITINE Flavor: Snow ConeOverall the product was ok.It did have a lot of chalk texture and was a little bit bitter. I like the fact it doesnt have a long aftertaste I liked that the snowcone flavor was not over powering, but I do wish it had less of the chalk texture/taste to it.

BPI ISO-HD is just blends of whey isolate and concentrate
I recently bought BPI ISO-HD 5lbs Vanilla Flavour. But the label is different, not the same as the website shows. It is protein blends of whey protein isolate and whey protein concentrate. Not 100% pure isolate proteins.The protein content is 25 grams, carb content is 3 grams, fat is 1.5grams (Per 32grams / 1 scoop serving).So, what is the difference with BPI Whey-HD or either BPI Best Protein if they are the same categories as protein blends.What a terrible..Need clarifications and explanation from BPI..

The first order I placed took three weeks to receive. It has been six weeks since I placed my second order and it still hasn’t even shipped! The extreme delays in processing of orders is unacceptable.

UK CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A DISGRACE
I have no idea what is going on with BPII ordered from the UK my delivery date came and went, I rang the Customer Service number, they answered and stated as of last Weds 07/11/2018 they no longer deal with UK Customer Service and the people who answered the phone advertised on their UK page is a claims team.So I am 10 days after expected delivery, there is no UK customer Service and the 2 emails I have sent have had no repliesTheres clearly issues with BPI. Their products are great, no doubt about it, however their Customer Service is..... Well.... There is no Customer Service.

Very unsatissfied with BpI made a purchase for the Halloween special with the discount been over a week haven’t received my items reached out to BPI and was told protien flavor was out of stock and I was only left with one option to chose from at the time of purchase everything was in stock afterwards they said we can refund you back your money for the protien which I also purchased BCAAS and told them I wanted they ended up giving them to me at full value with shipping which ended up coming out to 73 dollars for only 2 BCAAS my original order that I made which was 87 dollars which included 2 protein shakes and 2 BCAAS when I had my two protein shakes as well very bad customer service didn’t even reply back to me when I informed them about the BCAAs that they gave them back to me at full price with shipping they need to work with customers a lot better then that making it seem like they are doing a favor while the screw up is in their end IF SOMETHING IS OUT OF STOCK NOTIFY PEOPLE BEFORE HAND DONT HAVE THEM WAIT UNTIL THEY REACH YOU

I purchased BPI’s protein months ago when a friend recommended it. The first time I ordered there wasn’t an issue and it arrived promptly on time. I thought I had found the company I could purchase my supplements from. Unfortunately it came with a heavy let down this past month. I ordered my protein on September 25th, I expected to receive an email or text at least on updates of my order, but all I saw was my payment was processed and no updates on received order or shipping. After 3 days I reached out to customer service. Not very professional, responses vague and they seemed unwilling to help, just said I can refund you if you want because they couldn’t provide information on when it would ship. I still wanted the product and asked if there was any eta they could provide. They said a shipment was expected to arrive sometime that week. I decided to wait it out and hoped they would at least be able to update me. October 3rd, came nothing from them, not one single email or text. I reached out again, asking if they could provide information on my order. Woke up Oct 4th with automated message stating I had been refunded. No response from the team, no apologies on order not even an option to possibly pick a different type of protein. They have lost another customer. They might not care to lose one person, but as a company they should put more effort into customer service and providing their customers with options. Who ever is handling their web chats and emails needs to be trained on people skills. Moving on to another supplement provider.
