I purchased one of Brightech lamps at…

I purchased one of Brightech lamps at Macy’s online in early December. Soon afterwards I happened to see the same exact lamp on Amazon for approximately $80 less than I paid at Macy’s. I contacted Macy’s customer service for a price adjustment and they would not honor it. I contacted Brightech directly via email and they promptly responded and refunded me the Amazon price. I highly recommend Brightech and their outstanding and courteous customer service team. Much appreciated their service and support.

Price Gouging?

I bought a Brightech LightView Pro Magnifying LED floor lamp in Jan 2019 for $45usd (not on sale). I like the lamp so much that I came back to buy another one only to find that the same lamp now costs $114, over 153% more than it did in 2019. Similar lamps are around approximately $59 today which is consistent with inflation rates over the past 7 years. I will not be buying another Brightech lamp.

Missing cord, but would sell me one instead of replacing it

Bought a lamp from Bright tech from Amazon. Missing power cord, and called Bright Tech for a replacement, was told that they would sell me a replacement and invoice me, and then I could get Amazon to reimburse me. Can't review the lamp since I could not turn it on. In full disclosure, the box was wrinkled and the top layer of styrofoam was cracked, but had not been opened.

Great lamp

Great deal for the price and does a very good ob of lighting up the room without taking up a lot of space.
