I received an honest evaluation of my situation and was pointed in the right direction for a solution. I investigated the firm to which I was referred and was pleased to discover that they are very highly rated by customers and by the BBB (A+), and that they address complaints candidly and promptly, and are known to accept cancellation and refund demands in a timely manner.

When I called Brightloan plus I felt…Hopeless and lost
When I called Brightloan plus I felt that I had no hope and could see no light at the end of the tunnel with my bills. The voice on the other end of the line was Sarha, she assured me I had made the right choice to call and gave me hope and a lot of help with setting up my plan. Sarha made sure I could afford my plan and gave me, many options. She returns my phone calls and talks to me when I am scarred and nervous on my journey to freedom and out of debt. I was so glad it was her calming voice and advice on the end of the phone that day. She is my life saver.

I felt a big weight lift from my shoulders after my first phone consultation. Sarah was professional, courteous, very knowledgeable about the debt restructuring process and patient. I had many questions and Sarah left none unanswered. Sarah is very detail oriented and knowledgeable about the restructuring process. Unfortunately it took multiple attempts on her end to finish the interview with me as I wasn't available at the times I had given to her. I had thought i would be available at those times but wasn't due to my work schedule but Sarah persevered until the end. Huge props and thanks!

Rude and disrespectful agent
After I requested more information about one of those “pre-approved” offers, my file was assigned to a guy named Richard who wanted me to give out my SSN, DOB and verbal permission to pull credit over the phone “just to start”. I told him I needed more information through email before agreeing to anything over the phone. He proceeded to give me a lecture on how “that’s just not the proper way to conduct business”. I told him I didn’t want a lecture and he lectured me even more and then gave me one of those fake apologies:’ “My goal here wasn't to upset you, and maybe you took something I said in a way I didn't attend”. I wish I could post the texts because he was extremely rude and condescending and didn’t inspire any trust
